Villa Yanevi is an incredible, private villa in the very heart of Lozenetz. The hosts are extremely hospitable and accomadated any requests we had. The place is sparkling clean and close to bars, restaurants, shops and only 5 mins from the beach. The villa comes with a private garden making it a great place for a family vacation with kids. Highly recommended stay!

We're staying in the house for the second time, and this is the second time we're more than delighted. The place is great, everything is made with a lot of taste, the cleanliness is spotless. Iliana and her husband Stoycho are great hosts, courteous, communication with them is seamless, this time we arrived early and even managed to check in without any problem. The space is always tidy and there are fruit, water, wine left:) If you love to cook, their kitchen has everything you need, the garden is also great. In a nutshell, we'd keep coming every year and highly recommend it to everyone, thebest airbnb we've ever stayed at!

I had a great time. The location of the building is just 3-4 minutes from the sea. Boryana was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with me. I had to check in in the evening and she waited me patiently and checked me in. Provided information about the busses and town. The place is quiet and there is hot water 24/7 and wifi. Stores and restaurants are around the building. No AC but it was OK for me. Would go back again and recommend!! Thank you!

Das Guesthouse liegt etwas außerhalb von Sinemorets, aber sowohl der traumhafte Strand als auch das sehr lebendige Dorf mit lauter Restaurants, Läden und Bars sind fußläufig in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen. Dafür hat man hier wirklich seine Ruhe und einen schönen Ausblick aus dem üppigen Garten in den Nationalpark. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad und mit kleinem Esstisch vor der Tür und alle können eine der beiden sehr gut ausgestatteten Küchen im Garten oder im Haus benutzen. Toll fanden wir auch das Billardzimmer. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben uns geholfen, einen Bus für unsere Weiterreise rauszusuchen. Alles in allem war das für uns der perfekte Ort, um sowohl Ruhe und Natur als auch etwas Nachtleben auf unserer Bulgarien-Reise zu genießen. Wir empfehlen das Guesthouse wärmstens!

Ubytovanie v apartmánovom dome bolo skutočne vynikajúce. Dom je v srdci starého Nesebaru izba bola trocha menšia, otočená do uzavretého dvora, úplne tichá a pritom stačilo vyjsť cez bránu na dvore a ocitnete sa na rušnej ulici. Vo dvore je príjemné kryté sedenie s grilom pre hostí. Izba bola čistá, svetlá s fungujúcou klimatizáciou a pritom tichá, zabezpečujúca súkromie, TV so satelitným príjmom, rýchle Wi Fi pripojenie. Malý balkón na ktorom bolo možná usušiť si vyprané veci na oblečenie. Ocenil by som malý stolík. Na chodbe k dispozícii varná kanvica, za malý poplatok samoobslužný kávovar, káva alebo čaj. Komunikácia s majiteľkou ako aj s paňou/chyžnou ktorá sa starala o čistotu bola rýchla a príjemná. Majiteľka sa aktívne zaujímala či som spokojný a či mi niečo nechýba, ale nevyskytol sa žiadny problém, takže nebolo potrebné nič riešiť. Zariadenie domu, jeho lokalizácia a celková atmosféra boli výborné. Ak ešte raz prídem do Nesebaru určite sa ubytujem v tomto dome. Veľká vďaka !

Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

The entrance of the guest house is framed by vibrant pink hydrangeas cascading over a decorative stone wall. A wrought iron gate, featuring an emblem, leads to a welcoming doorway adorned with patterned latticework. Bright flowers are placed in window boxes, adding charm to the facade.
