Nice place and easy communication!

Jiwan was super responsive & helpful with everything from the check-in to check-out! The place looked exactly as described and is at a great location in Seongsu! It’s a little difficult to find, but with the address provided in the manual, it’s not that hard. Right after we booked the place, Jiwan informed me of the access to the pool and other facilities being restricted due to policy changes of the building so we could not use it, which was a bummer initially. However we did not have a lot of time to spare and came back home super tired every day, so it didn’t make a big difference eventually. Beware of booking taxis through Uber and kride etc here though— they only wait for a couple of seconds at most and will cancel the ride if you are not there before they reach. Other than that, me & my family’s stay was amazing and it’s truly a miracle to find such a big apartment in the heart of Seoul with the very best tech & amenities in the apartment itself! Bonus points for the view!

I think I'll revisit this accommodation near Gyeongbokgung Palace! It felt more spacious than the picture, and it was close to tourist attractions such as Gwanghwamun, so it was good to walk around. :-) However, one of the chairs was torn, so I couldn't use it.

It was close to the station, and the room was actually prettier than the photos, and it felt like a warm wood tone, so it was really nice! I feel the importance of the interior again.😊

I needed a place to stay urgently due to my work relationship, but I had a good stay in a good place.

I was in a hurry to travel for work Public transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants. I used it comfortably. I'll use it again next time when I get a chance.

It was nice that the accommodation itself was very spacious and clean. And the accommodation was so warm that I went to ski Gonjiam and rested comfortably before heading out. Thank you:) I'll visit again later when I go to the ski resort.

I always got quick feedbacks on my questions or requests, so I had a really good trip for two days. It was really convenient to travel by subway or car because it was close to Lotte World. Parking is also an advantage, and convenience stores, amusement parks, markets, and restaurants are close, making it perfect for family trips. In the accommodation, there were board games for children to enjoy, massage balls, massage equipment, and even musical instruments, so the children didn't get bored in the accommodation, and there were plenty of towels, so I stayed without any inconvenience. I plan to visit again next time. ^^

Fortunately, I checked in late at night and stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable right above the subway station, and the house was in good condition.
