Vacation rentals with beach access in Buncombe County

Such a great price for this stay. The location is awesome. We had such a fun time! Rumbling Bald did not disappoint. We have a 3.5 yr old and it was perfect for her - the swimming pools, beach with playground, etc The kitchen is minimal and there isn’t a freezer so you have to be prepared to cook with that in mind or eat out often!

We had a great stay here! The amenities were wonderful! Our kids loved the pool and the beach at the lake. Lots to do in this area! Jamie was super sweet and very responsive and helpful! She also makes great recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Linda and Robb were very accommodating. We felt right at home. Robb made some wonderful recommendations about the resort.

Anne's home was great, or family had such a great time. Lovely views! ample space for the family.

We felt very lucky to find this place in a pinch. Our other air bnb that we booked a month+ ago had frozen water pipes. Tamera responded very quickly to our panicked, last minute booking. The place is immaculate. We had everything we needed. We were grateful for our stay here.

My husband and I needed some much-needed R&R and that is just what we got at this beautiful home. Loved the decor, the super comfortable couch and bed! We never made it to the Jacuzzi tub; however, the open shower was cool! Would defiantly recommend this romantic spot.

What a perfect place! Everything was just as pictured and stocked with everything you would need. We truly felt like we were at second home and not a rental. Home is extremely clean and comfortable with peaceful and beautiful surroundings! We really enjoyed our time there!

There really are no words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay. For our family of 6, and our 2 doggies, we were looking for a large space in a beautiful and peaceful setting to enjoy the holidays together. We are all so busy and run in different directions, and we thought this would be a great way to have a captive Christmas for everyone to enjoy time together! We were right! The owner has the house decorated perfectly for Christmas, and the basement level was perfect for our 3 grown boys to play video games and bond together! Grandma enjoyed the large tv with the giant window overlooking the mountain and lake - and mom & dad (us) enjoyed the master bedroom & bath with a balcony overlooking the mountain and lake. It was perfect, like Switzerland, but only 2 hours from home! We have treasured memories of our trip!

The cabin is AMAZING! The big glass windows make a huge difference! The view is breathtaking! Lots of space! We enjoyed the hot tub, board games, TV room for movies, open kitchen for meals! Cute local restaurants in the area! We played mini golf at the resort and kids went to indoor pool!

Ashley's Home was a perfect place to spend our Christmas, lots of space very comfortable home! The big screen TV and large seating area was great for the Christmas day football games. The kitchen was great with an eat-in table area where everyone could hang out while baking cookies and cooking dinners. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to have a lovely table setting! The teenagers loved the downstairs area for sleeping and hanging out. The temperatures were moderate enough that we were able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, and the outdoor lighting made it so cozy.

Outstanding as always. Our 5th or 6th time staying at this cabin. It is perfect!

It is rare an Airbnb is even better than the photos but Derek and Misty's place was just that. No matter how much time you are planning to spend at the condo it is equipped with everything you could need and more. I have been coming to Lake Lure for over 10+ years and highly recommend their condo if you are coming with 2-3 people. It is also very pet-friendly. Hoping to be back soon!

I loved this little private stay in Lake Lure. after the destruction from the hurricanes, it's amazing to see how strong the community is, how positive their outlook is, and how they've grown closer together through this. Melissa's place was extremely clean, quiet, and BEAUTIFULLY surrounded by the Carolina mountains. I even saw a black bear driving up to the property late at night! the neighborhood is quiet, we honestly didn't think anyone else was around until we saw another car. Overall, a BEAUTIFUL stay. Even with the damage from the hurricane, there was still a ton to do nature-wise, and we stopped at the Gorge zip lining and had an ABSOLUTE BLAST. I definitely recommend this stay 🥰

Very cute condo. Resort access was nice to have as there is not much to do but n the area without driving 30-40mins. But with the resort access, you have several pools, a beach, and lots of other things that will keep you busy. The condo is a good size for two people. The added perk of being able to bring our dog was nice. The kitchen is limited- small air fryer and stove top with minimal container options for putting things in the microwave, but we were able to make it work since we were only there a few days. There is a Keurig with coffee pods, which was nice. Overall, the place is clean, dog friendly, with nice access to a resort.

I really enjoyed my stay at Alicia’s condo. Great location and loved how stocked the kitchen was. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip back to lake lure!

We loved our stay at this little condo! It is the perfect small space for a couple or small family for the weekend. It was really nice to have such a well situated kitchen so we could cook our own meals. & the space was immaculate! It is only a short drive to the pool/hot tub/spa which was really lovely over such a cold weekend!

This place is clean, well equipped with everything you need, and not far from town. The amenities at rumbling bald are right down the road. There are no breath taking Mountain View’s but it is quiet, extremely clean, & very comfortable. Lake lure town, Chimney Rock, & Bat Cave are right down the rd. We went horse back riding at cedar creek stables which was right down the road & I highly recommend. This is a gorgeous, spacious, rental for the price with close enough proximity to everything. We would definitely stay again.
