Doug’s place was clean and exactly as described. Looks much better in person than in the listed photos. Great deal price wise and was glad he could accommodate my baby with a pack and play to sleep in. I saw some reviews saying it was loud but I didn’t find it to be at all, and my baby wasn’t woken once so. You can hear people talking during the day, mostly from the area that has the vending machine, but it’s not bothersome. I would absolutely stay here again, loved it.

Wow! What a fantastic location. Communication was faster than light travels, very friends and pro-active in everything - from providing tips in the area to support on check out. The house is lovely (we all want to live there now), amazingly clean, and 2 steps away from NOTL old town. We will be 100% back and cannot recommend enough!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Billy was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. The space was perfect for myself and my family of 5 with two beautiful bathrooms. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay - it was during a winter storm so we didn’t get a good senses of the location but we had a lovely private yard for the dog. Parking out front. A Tim Horton’s down the street. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were really comfortable. What really stood out was how helpful and amenable our hosts were. It’s our second time staying with them and it was true both times. They were even gracious and helpful about our forgotten bag of items for our dog! Will definitely stay with them again and highly recommend.

Amazing place for our family for a long term stay. Beautiful home with everything you need. Great location with places within walking distance and a nice neighborhood to walk around. Extremely responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Linda was an amazing host - she was very quick with responding, and answered any questions that we had. She was very friendly and made us feel welcomed! Her place was perfect - we stayed for 2 nights and it had everything we needed. The overall aesthetic of the space was perfect! Highly recommend staying here.

We came up from Florida for a wintery snow vacation. This place was centrally located to what we wanted to do. You can hear the roars of Niagara Falls at all times of the day from Keith’s place, it was peaceful. 5 mins from the state park and Canadian border. Keith was a pleasant host and even allowed for early check in and had recommendations on things to do. We enjoyed our stay here in NY, easy, convenient, and comfortable.

older home that has been nicely renovated. Very clean and well stocked to consider potential needs of the guests. We made some amazing meals, shared lots of laughs and had room to spread out for work when the need arised. we had a few questions and got very quick responses, we would definitely recommend this place. there were 6 of us staying.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Very close to the falls and in a very peaceful area. There was quite a bit of snow while we were there and the hosts were kind enough to even clear the driveway for us. Great location if you’re looking for a calm get away!

We had a lovely stay, the place met and exceeded all our expectations! The home is easy to find, and the host has a lot of recommendations for local activities. The distance to the falls is a short walk. The home is very clean and the hot tub is a great touch for a nice winter day out! I'd stay here again.

We rented both orange and clementine houses and was a great space for our large family in town for a wedding in Orchard Park. The host was quick to respond and flexible with check-in and out times and kept the pool open for us for our later September visit and we got to really enjoy it!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

Beautiful, peaceful home with extremely comfortable and large beds. It's obvious that hosts take a great deal of pride in the property which has everything one could need. Excellent base to visit the Falls, Niagara on the Lake and the outlets. Walking distance to the Royal Niagara Golf Course (where you can hire clubs). Last but not least an amazing pool too.

Beautiful home! Spotless, spacious, very comfy beds, great location. The hot tub and sauna provided an extra level of relaxation. Jered, the host, was very friendly, easy to reach, and helpful. I will definitely be returning!

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

Great place for our family of 7. Loved the place and will stay again if we are in the area. Very close to everything we walked to everything the 5 days we were there. Kids loved the pool and hot tub! He always answered right away when we had questions. Overall Very nice house and guy.

Christina made my trip unforgettable wonderful! 1- beautiful, everything in house, around house is beautiful, clean, well- organized; you just feel home; 2- location is close to all beautiful places, and also easy to drive to shopping place; 3- whenever I need help, Christina always response within an hour and so kind to help; I will come again, and I will recommend Christina’s house to all my friends who want to visit Niagara on the lake.
