Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Budoni

We had a wonderful stay, the house is located in a very nice area and also very child-friendly. Everything was very clean, the beautiful view, the fenced garden, the short walk to the beach (approx. 5 minutes) and the private parking space behind a locked gate were very nice. Most of all, we enjoyed the tranquility and sunrises, which will always be remembered. We would come back. The host Alessio was also always accommodating and always responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you Alessio!

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Everything was exactly as described in the ad and the house was very clean. Cecilia sent a lot of local recommendations ahead of our stay that were very helpful. The place was with 10-15 minutes drive from all the beautiful beaches in the area. Porto San Paolo offered a good selection of shops and restaurants. There was a bit of traffic on the road outside, but generally it was a quiet area.

Fabulous location near all the beautiful beaches. A car a must! Lovely villa and super helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very nice time. Our children loved all the kind and sweet animals and the pool. The pool area was a beautiful place, it was just a little walk from our house. Monia and Luca are very kind and they taking care about their garden and animals. Everything was clean and looked nice.

Alessio was very flexible with check-in and check-out. He explained everything in the house to us and sent additional information by email. He was super sweet and helpful. The kitchen in the house is very well equipped and there were even spices, oil, water, wine, cookies, coffee … a nice welcome package. The rooms are large and we could have breakfast every morning on the terrace. We got towels and beach towels for every guest. The beach is only 3 minutes away and very nice. For shopping, we went to Budoni. It only takes about 10 minutes. You really need a car. The house is very well connected to the expressway and is very conveniently located to explore the area. We took nice trips. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes. There are no mosquito screens but each bed has a mosquito net that protects you at night. In the two bedrooms there are air conditioners, but ventilation was not possible without screens on the windows. We had a wonderful 4 days!!

The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. The terrace is always cool and provides a shaded space in case of hot weather. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning, just the fan was enough. The apartment is not new but is in very good condition: clean and tidy. Host hospitality was friendly. We were greeted with fresh water bottles and small juices for the children by the owners. Budoni is a lively town with some evening activities for families, very nice. It is not especially quiet in the evening, it is a lively and noisy town at night, we could hear the music until late but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The apartment is 2-3min walk to a nice beach, clean and family-friendly, this one is not too crowded and is therefore easy to get there and spend the day. We had a pleasant stay with the family. This is stunning place and Simone is a great host! We loved it and will be back. The terrace is incredible and great way to start and end the day, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was great, it had all we needed and the cool box was a lovely touch. We hired a car which was great for exploring and helpful to have a good spot to park it. Amazing beaches, wonderful restaurants (a number were closed during our stay) and very close to Olbia, the airport and a nice little mall. Simone was helpful and responsive and we are grateful. Excellent week at an impressive location. Direct access to the "Cala" (small beach) from the property and really nice sea-view. The property had everything it listed and included the use of a Kayak and a SUP.

We had a lovely stay in Sardinia, with our 4-year-old daughter. Very good communication with the host, responsive, and help with locations. Very nice welcome too. The accommodation is very well located and has a nice view of the island. The space is a little too dark for my taste due to exposure, the kitchen is not very ergonomic (and therefore less convenient for someone tall) and the shower is a little small. Maybe one or two cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are missing😊. We put 5 stars because it didn't spoil our stay, and the value for money is very good.

We stayed in Lorenzo's vacation home for 14 days in mid-February. The location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Through the garden, you are just a few steps from the water. The house is located next to other houses, mostly used as vacation rentals. Since we were there out of season, it was very quiet. There is a supermarket that is very accessible by bike or even on foot. Alternatively, you will find everything you need in Orosei, about 12 km away. Lorenzo is a super friendly host. The house was very well maintained and very clean. Lorenzo explained and described everything we needed to know. In addition, he gave us a lot of good tips on restaurants and destinations. Lorenzo takes exemplary care of his guests. We used the vacation for kayaking and cycling. The fine sandy beach is ideal for getting started. The roads are quiet and good for biking. Thanks, Lorenzo, for the great care. We will be happy to come back.

Milina is an amazing hostess. Place was spacious and spotless and a great base for exploring the local mountains and beaches.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

Paolo and his wife were extremely helpful with check-in and very flexible check-out. A small problem with the lock on the front door was quickly resolved within the day and Paolo was so kind as to also bring us a tray with typical Sardinian sweets. He was also always easily reachable even if there was no need and he took care to ask us halfway through the vacation if everything was okay. The apartment, as described, is clean, fully equipped and directly on the sea: wonderful to be able to have lunch and dinner outside with a beautiful view. There is a parking space on the property and also the outdoor hot shower, very convenient to avoid bringing sand and dirt into the apartment. The sea needs no description: crystal clear as only that of Sardinia can be. What can I say: too bad the vacation is already over. Thanks to Paolo and his family for their kindness and courtesy.

The apartment is equipped with many amenities including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, milk hood, barbecue, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and outdoor shower. The two bathrooms are complete with shower and bidet and windows. Large outdoor terrace. The only flaw is the sofa bed mattress not suitable for extended stays as it is extremely thin and uncomfortable. Clean bedding and bath linen provided for all guests. Private underground parking easily accessible. Host courteous and very willing to provide advice about the area.
