Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brunswick

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Our entire group enjoyed our stay here, close to the train station and shops, plenty of off street parking for our hire cars. Spacious accommodation that fit our group comfortably, would definitely stay again, thank you.

This is a very clean and functional space within walking distance for awesome food and Melbourne vibe. Everything is as described and Imran is a very responsive host. I thoroughly recommend this place if you enjoy being a little bit away from the city with many other options to engage with the cultural area of Brunswick!

Daniel’s place was charming and so relaxing! The decor was filled with antiques and he was kind enough to leave us with enough morning provisions to start our stay. We only had 4 days in Melbourne but wish we had more time to explore the charming neighborhood of Fitzroy. We arrived late our first night but found a wonderful pasta restaurant still open with incredible pasta at a good deal - “Good Times”! We would highly recommend a stay at this unique home! Sians place suited us perfectly. It was close to where we were working, close to great restaurants, and had a lovely walkway along the river. It was very comfortable with nice views of the city lights at night.

Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions/requests. She met us to help us in the property and was very warm and friendly. The house is comfortable, clean and conveniently located by a short walk to the Blackrock shops. Michelle stocks up the kitchen nicely with some treats, we were lucky enough to have some eggs from her own chickens, and herbs from the garden too. There is also plenty of towels and linen. Melbourne had some very high temperature days while we were there, the house was cool and comfortable, didn't need the aircon. There is a big t.v with only free to air channels, so we helped ourselves to some games that were in the house instead. Thank you, Michelle, for our stay, we hope to stay again when next in Blackrock.

Excellent house plenty of room for adults and kids to have separate spaces. Great that there was a dedicated working space with screen to connect my laptop to while I had to work remotely House was within walking distance to a park which was handy to have with kids What I loved most was that the host left a welcome book with suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the local area as we aren't familiar it's been great to have the suggestion We definitely won't hesitate to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was as described and Kylie made the check in process very easy. Great location, comfy beds and all of the extras, including food and treats was very much appreciated, it makes it super easy when travelling with kids. Highly recommend for families.

We stayed here over the Christmas/New Year period and couldn't have chosen a better spot to be! We loved staying in this thoughtfully designed space, which as a studio works perfectly for two people. The apartment is within walking distance of great coffee and places to eat and since we had a hire car the convenience of off-street parking was a great plus! We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Jim for looking after us, you were responsive, efficient and caring and we will be back.

I booked the Airbnb for my parents who were visiting and they had a great stay at Rod and Anne’s. The apartment was well equipped for their long stay. They were able to do their laundry and cook some simple meals in the apartment too. Location is amazing, just minutes away from the Metro and lots of food establishments right at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the beautiful space with us.

A beautiful apartment with a massive balcony right in the heart of Melbourne. Walkable to so many museums and art galleries and off course wonderful cafes and restaurants. Try the I’m Free walks starting at the State Library, they give you an informative start to your Melbourne visit. If like me you end up in the Emergency room with an insect bite needing attention the St Vincent Hospital provides excellent care and is close by.

We had 3 nights at Lanie’s while in Melbourne attending the Australian Open. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location was great, very quiet and a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. Thanks Lanie for a great experience at your place.

We had a great stay at Tony’s place. He was extremely accommodating in trying to get us an early check in after our overnight travel and was quick in responding and updating us so we were able to get in as quick as possible. The place itself was lovely, the building was very private and in a great location to access the public transport, also close to supermarkets! The space was great and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks Tony for all your help!

Dean is the perfect host. Always available and very responsive the apt is quite small but perfect for one or two people. Very clean and had everything you need. Dean also leaves a few breakfast items for you and I think it's such a great personal touch!! the location CANNOT BE beat especially if you're in Melbourne for the AO. Only a few mins away from MCG and Melbourne Park and both train and tram stops. Thank you Dean I had a wonderful time

Beautiful central location with a amazing private garden to match. Has lots of the shops and restaurants in walking distance and very convenient location if your wanting to drive off to explore the area.

Great location enjoyed the beach 3min walk. The Studio was perfect lots of light In lovely surroundings. Will recommend highly.

We had a lovely one night stay. We were in awe of the garden space, which was beautiful in the summer with the flowers and greenery thriving. It was nice sitting outside on the front porch. Pam greeted us upon check in and showed us the space. Thank you Pam for the stay.

A rather odd issue at check in which Jan dealt with professionally, calmly and friendly, access to accommodation was excellent. Room itself, wonderful. Location peaceful and exactly as described. Only slight negative, could have fondest done PIR solar lights to access accommodation from driveway, it’s very dark and we did not know how to contact Jan once in sight. Our relative lived their stay. It was perfect.
