Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The place is beautiful! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only thing that irritated us a little was the check in and out times. Check-in is only from 4 pm.. whereby we could only arrive later due to work anyway, but check out 10 o'clock, is quite sporty.. Had this, not really on the screen and slept, then I contacted the host and explained that we slept in and would only check out around 10:30. 10:25 a man knocks on and goes to the chalet to clean the hot tub without further words. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, which has gone down with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very well-equipped, spacious, and clean. It took us just 4 minutes to walk to the ski bus stop even in ski boots. The Klausberg ski area is only two ski bus stops away (about 5 minutes). The wellness area, where you can use the sauna and hot tub, is very nice, and we used it almost every day. We would love to come back here again, not only in winter. The location is perfect for hiking and cycling as well.

A very cosy place on two levels with lovely views and very well equipped with everything you might need during an apartment stay. I felt very much at home. The very friendly owners live in the same property so communication is easy. The place is a great starting point for lots of beautiful walks around the Schliersee area and beyond.

We could t have asked for a more perfect location. Just a few steps through the fence and you’re at the gondola. Great Apres ski place right across the street. Rooms and beds were all super comfortable.

We spent one night with six in Aster Häusl. After skiing, we first went to the wellness area, which we all enjoyed very much. The view from the infinity pool is truly impressive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent – freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious cheese, and fresh salmon were included. The staff were very accommodating throughout from the introduction to our cabin to checkout, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

There were four of us here for a weekend to ski. The lift is easily and quickly accessible by car. Great place and good value for the money.

We stayed in Neukirchen for a week in January. The apartment: Was just like the photos and description. Perfect place for a relaxing evening on the couch or armchair. The sitting area invites you to eat and play games with a large table. It was particularly good and liked the ski cellar with ski boot heating. Everything's great! About the location: The location of the apartment was really great, the ski lift (the gondola to the middle and mountain station) can be reached in a minute's walk. The Billa is right next door, we also loved. Thank you for a great holiday! 😀

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Wonderful place to stay - the most beautiful mountain view you can imagine. The morning greeting by cows, dogs, cats and fresh air will be missing. It is spacious, light, warm, very! comfy beds ... perfect all around. The driveway is absolutely fine, but snow chains are definitely really important. The great location makes up for the slightly longer drive. We preferred the emerald railway about 14 minutes away in Bramberg, as less crowds and a little more modern; a great ski resort even for bloody beginners awaits you in the winter.

The apartment of Nicole and Sigi is very nice and practically furnished. You have everything you need... We especially enjoyed the wellness area with swimming pool and sauna.

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

The care was great and very hospitable. There was nothing missing, the apartment is fantastic and very well maintained. Thanks for a great stay.

These are wonderful apartments on the lake, very quiet and peaceful, the pool and sauna are a huge plus. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. The photos do not convey the size of the apartment, it is really larger. The wonderful hostess Sarah took care of our comfort and coziness, everything was there, warm and wonderful. Thanks to Sarah for the warm welcome, we wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We had a very pleasant stay in this house. It was comfortable and well-equipped, perfectly meeting our needs. The location was good! One negative note: the price for parking in the garage listed in the ad was 10 euros per day, but we were charged 15 euros per day. This aspect was not clear from the start and took us by surprise. Overall, the stay was positive and I would recommend this house, but I would suggest confirming any additional costs in advance.

Accommodation was great and as described. The location is great and also the pool and sauna are great.

Nice little apartment. There were four of us. Two adults and two children and that went well for the days. Small disadvantage: the pool was not always open and the sauna was not on. You probably should have registered. Beautiful surroundings.

The place is as described and listed. The apartment is big and comfortable. Very close to Schlick2000 resort and 30 minutes to Stubaier Glacier. The stay was successful despite the flu that came to us, but the host took medication so we could get back on our feet and get home.
