Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Brownsville

Courtney and Ike's Alta Vista apartment is a lovely place to stay for short-term and long-term rentals. I enjoyed my stay so much I am hoping to extend my stay and return again if there is no availability :). The apartment has everything one needs to feel at home. The internet is fast, the laundry machines are great, and there are many places to sit outside comfortably with privacy. The apartment is tastefully decorated with many windows to provide light and fresh air if needed. In addition, the location is unique and naturally very beautiful. Courtney and Ike are very responsive and reliable when one needs any help. Thank you for an awesome stay that exceeded my expectations!

Arrived end of January so temps in 60. Too cool for pool but lovely pool area & fun to at least soak the feet. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful view off balcony. Nice welcome treats. Elevator to second floor units. Clean & neat! Kitchen very adequately supplied. It was a very lovely stay And can’t wait to come back… 👍🏻👍🏻💖

This place was great since the moment I got there I loved it. It was clean and very organized, everything was labeled so made it so much easier. Had every cooking tool you could think of to cook and baking stuff as well. It’s gated in the back I saw a few coyotes when I was sitting in the patio at around 7pm it was pretty cool also I saw crabs walking around also and bunnies. It was a great place I would one hundred% recommend this place to stay at with your family the beach is just about 15-20 mins away H-E-B is about 8-10 minutes

The host was great with communicating when we had questions. The place was clean and as described. We enjoyed the on site amenities, and the beach was just a short walk away.

The place is very clean and well laid out. The truth is that it exceeded my expectations for the price. It is very conveniently located, there are restaurants nearby, a few steps from downtown, a market and a few blocks from the bridge if you want to cross. It is peaceful and they are always attentive and providing maintenance to keep it in good condition

We enjoyed the stay, everything was clean, nice and neat. Everyone felt right at home and relaxed while we were there. I would love to come back.
