Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Brownsville

Courtney and Ike's Alta Vista apartment is a lovely place to stay for short-term and long-term rentals. I enjoyed my stay so much I am hoping to extend my stay and return again if there is no availability :). The apartment has everything one needs to feel at home. The internet is fast, the laundry machines are great, and there are many places to sit outside comfortably with privacy. The apartment is tastefully decorated with many windows to provide light and fresh air if needed. In addition, the location is unique and naturally very beautiful. Courtney and Ike are very responsive and reliable when one needs any help. Thank you for an awesome stay that exceeded my expectations!

We had a couple of issue with heat when we arrived (yes we stayed over the coldest days in January). Once communication was established a plan was put in place and the issues were resolved. Once we were warm our family enjoyed our stay. Upstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and downstairs living area was great and spacious for gathering with friends and family. Will return again.

This place was great since the moment I got there I loved it. It was clean and very organized, everything was labeled so made it so much easier. Had every cooking tool you could think of to cook and baking stuff as well. It’s gated in the back I saw a few coyotes when I was sitting in the patio at around 7pm it was pretty cool also I saw crabs walking around also and bunnies. It was a great place I would one hundred% recommend this place to stay at with your family the beach is just about 15-20 mins away H-E-B is about 8-10 minutes

Enith’s casa was very beautiful & cute inside, I enjoyed my stay, I love the decor , bed comfortable , easy access inside, love the location, close to everything, walking area, safe .

Gilbert was an absolute awesome host. Could not have had a better person to share a house with. Everything he describes about the house is true. I loved his dogs!!!! I will be staying here again for sure.
