Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brovello-Carpugnino

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

This was our second stay at the wonderful "Ermele’s Green House." I would like to highlight that the owner of the house, Fabrizia, is also our dear and beloved friend, the best host you could ever meet. She fills the house with warmth and love, she is always improving it, and is capable of giving you the best memories related to your stay in Italy, in Piedmont! Here, you will always feel at home, also the level of cleanliness and hospitality will match that of a five-star hotel! A must-visit AIRBNB! La vogliamo bene nostra cara Fabrizia!

Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

The Villa Alba accommodation offers everything you need and is just wonderful! With a lot of love for detail and personal furnishings, she creates an inviting ambience. The kitchen is excellently equipped, and the entire place was exceptionally clean. The nature and surroundings offer an oasis of calm. The fantastic view of the mountains, also directly from the accommodation, is breathtaking. Within walking distance you can reach a small supermarket as well as a charming café. By car, there are also numerous great opportunities for activities in nature, visits to villages and excellent restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the time very much, especially the sauna and the terrace were a highlight. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for the many useful tips and recommendations as well as the wonderful, direct and friendly communication. We would love to move in right there :-)

Ramona is a good and helpful host, we felt comfortable in her special "Casa Madonnina".

The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean and you have everything you need and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the lake and the three islands. The hosts are very nice, courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful house within a beautiful little village. Perfect for anybody wanting to enjoy the amazing nature that place has to offer. Vort is a great host. Super easy communication, smooth check-in and check-out, and overall very helpful. Cant wait to be back.

Milena was a great host – very friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean, the kitchen perfectly equipped, the surroundings beautiful with great hiking opportunities. Ascona and Locarno are within easy reach. The flexibility at check-out was particularly pleasant. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment is located in the middle of the old town. For a larger group, the apartment is great because there are two bathrooms and a large living room. The bus stop, Coop and parking garage are just a few minutes's away. There is also a bakery nearby. The kitchen is less spacious but well equipped with an oven and dishwasher.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful garden, very peaceful. With the family, we are very happy. Recommended for a family stay.

Studio with spectacular view in beautifully landscaped botanical gardens We loved our stay at Christian's simple but cosy studio apartment. It was perfect for a relaxing weekend for the two of us. The apartment is a rare find located in one of the rare buildings in the middle of Parco San Grato, a beautifully landscaped public botanical garden. Restaurants are about 15 minute walk. We highly recommend Christian's place and are looking forward to come back next year.

Excellent location of the house with a nice view of the mountains and Omegna, nearby center with a 10’walk, therefore without the need to move the car. The House offers all the necessary services for a comfortable stay. Hosts available any time! Recommended

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

We felt completely comfortable. Our dogs were also welcome. An oasis surrounded by nature with beautiful views of Lake Orta. The house is lovingly decorated, everything is well maintained and sparkling clean. The contact with Sanne was great and we were received on site by Giacomo, who was always responsive and took care of it immediately when a problem with the heating occurred

Our stay with Paul was totally great. The roof terrace is a dream, the view priceless. Only the room situation was a little more complicated than expected. We had 10 people. However, 2 of the 7 rooms indicated are through rooms with single beds and one room is only a living room with sofa bed. Otherwise, we liked Villa Breda very much and the communication with Paul and Antonia was also very easy and reliable! Thank you very much

This place is a dream come true. The view of the lake and the little islands from two floors of the house and the terrace is absolutely spectacular. We did not want to leave to explore the area - it seemed sufficient to just sit and watch the lake for hours. The house is also furnished with a lot of taste and the surroundings are very quiet - which added to the overall well-being and relaxation. The only thing that might top the place is Simon, the host. Very friendly, easy going and always ready to help. We were welcomed by a set table with bread, cheese and a bottle of wine. We definitely want to come again!

We were once again able to spend a wonderful, romantic week at Villa Bianci. Once again, it was a homecoming in a wonderful picturesque atmosphere. To a well-maintained, extensive park with magnificent lake views. Angela had surprised us again to immerse ourselves in the melody of the house with culinary delights. Thanks Angela. The house is really beautifully located and is very well equipped. Andrea always answered all our questions quickly. We were even allowed to check out an hour later, which we greatly appreciated. The views are simply fantastic and the house has a great floor plan. We thought it was a pity that the fireplace was unfortunately not in operation.
