We enjoyed a fantastic two night break at the house on the hill. The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly need, stocked with coffee, tea and some lovely welcome gifts too. The view from the house is spectacular and we sat for hours soaking it in and the outdoor bath is fabulous. Fiona provided some great local food recommendations, as well as plenty literature for local activities. We will definitely be back to enjoy the house in the warmer weather!

Just came back from a fabulous two night stay at the old dairy. Ainslie made sure the heating and lights were on for us arriving back at the property on our first night whilst we attended a wedding which was made us feel so very welcome. There was some breakfast bits for the following day in the fridge, plenty of towels, coffee pods, hot chocolate sachets etc kitchen was well equipped. Log burner was a lovely extra as well! absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I even forgot a phone charger & ainslie was straight round to let me borrow one! 10/10 host so friendly and accommodating and would recommend this place to anyone! A very kind woman runs this place & anyone booking will not be disappointed - highly recommend!!! A very cute & quirky stay! Thanks you again for such a lovely stay.

This was a charming house with everything we needed. We all enjoyed using the hot tub and with it being undercover it was great when the weather was bad. The house was warm and the aga added to that but it was easy to adjust the temperature. It was in a great location for our weekend with everything we needed within easy distances. Perfect for our girls weekend away.

Have thoroughly enjoyed an incredibly relaxing break at this beautiful cottage. The location is stunning in the heart of nature. Everything was perfect and the hosts could not have been more helpful. I look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Perfect cottage for a quiet getaway! The space was exactly as it was advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, all information clearly communicated before our stay. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a relaxing couple of nights away!

Capo Farmhouse is a true gem to find. From the clear and accurate pictures you can really see what the house & surrounding area is going to be. What the pics do not convey is how spacious and private the house is. This is an incredible part of the world and using Capo Farmhouse (&cottages) as a base to explore from is an honour. And, if you want to stay close to 'home' the Farmhouse is absolutely the best place to do this. They have a great array of games, the hot tub, the beautiful gardens and lovely walks close by without having to drive. We would highly recommend the Farmhouse and the standout features for us are the cosy feel of the place with the fire on. The ridiculously comfortable beds. The amazing surroundings and how private & peaceful it is. Just remember to take your own coffee!

The corner cottage was lovely with lots of attention to detail and very clean. A perfect place for a getaway to relax and explore the surroundings before settling in for a cosy evening. Michaella was a great host. Enjoyed our stay and would love to come back at some point.

Lovely quiet spot and the house was everything we wanted.

Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with everything you need for a weekend away. Immaculate, very tastefully decorated, very warm & comfortable. The kitchen had all modern equipment & we had everything we needed to make a family meal. The attic room provided a separate lounge area which would be useful for bigger groups.

Boot Cottage is such a lovely place. It is so cosy inside, yet with plenty space too. The hosts have thought of everything; from Pintrest worthy decorating all the way to the everyday basics. The cottage is in such an ideal location- it is cutely tucked-in off the main road, with beautiful views of the hills, birds, and garden. You can walk to the shops within 10-15mins max or drive the couple of minutes. Big shops (Tesco and Lidl) are easy to get to, as well as lovely smaller shops and takeaways. Parking was always available on the road next to the cottage. Couldn't fault the cottage at all and would love to stay there again. Laura was kind and friendly to speak to, and very responsive.

We had a great time at Libby’s. We used this location as a central landing place after exploring around St Andrew’s, Stirling, Falkirk, Culross. We felt well taken care of and appropriately checked in on. It was a very cosy stay!

Great stay here, it’s a cute little garden house with everything you need, right in the heart of crail and near lots of nice villages. Highly recommend

We stayed in the cottage over Christmas with our two kids and dog. The house is really well decorated, beds super comfy, host very quick to respond and the location was ideal. We have stayed in 5 different Air BnB’s within the village, and so far this is our favourite. It was the smallest out of all the properties but that didn’t let itself down at all. We would happily stay again.

Fantastic, quirky accommodation in a top location.

The cottage offers great space for the guests and is in a nice quiet area with pretty surroundings. Simon and the team are friendly and very open and ready to accommodate or offer local suggestions. It took a little to realize you may need to manage the thermometer lest the heat turn off, and don't miss the note about utility charges. They cover a certain amount but could expect around 60 gbp in utility fee for about 4 folks to stay a few nights. Overall we had a great stay here and loved the space for our trip. The heated blankets on the beds were a nice touch to have too.

We had a lovely three day stay in this very cute, comfortable and cosy cottage. It has a beautiful location and is well located for exploring Fife. The cottage is very well equipped and they even provided delicious fresh bread. Many thanks.

We booked this place last minute and were so grateful it was made available to us on such short notice. Patrycja was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the process seamless and stress-free, she even asked for our estimated arrival time so she could ensure it was warm for our arrival! The home itself is absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail. It felt warm, cosy, inviting, and truly inspiring. We loved the art throughout the space, the thoughtfully curated books, and the many personal touches that made it feel really special. It’s clear the host has put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and unique atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. Staying here was an absolute pleasure, and we left feeling refreshed and inspired. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful and memorable place to stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Nick’s listings and both times it has been amazing. Not only is Nick really friendly and helpful, the space is beautiful too. We feel right at home and the farm itself is in a beautiful location. Our 1 year old loved meeting the chickens and sheep! Each little touch makes this a really gorgeous place to stay.

A more comfortable or cozier cottage could not be imagined - lovely stay South of the Cairngorms. Gill's and Charlie's Ardblair Coach House Cottage nr. Blairgowrie and Rattray in Central Scottish Perth and Kinross has been our "home" for six nights last week - and we did feel as much at home as could ever be imagined. The beauty and coziness of this wonderful cottage did not just match both photos and description, it did by far exceed expectations. While the kitchen was fully equipped without anything necessary missing and the sitting room comfortable and tastefully decorated, what actually topped everything was the comfort of the king size double bed. We've certainly stayed at quite a good number of B&B's and Air BnBs all over the UK during the last twenty years, but what we can definitely say is we have never ever enjoyed any bedroom more comfortable than this at Gill's and Charlie's cottage. Beautiful cottage - even better than the pictures. Took my parents to stay at Tracy’s cottage as a post-Christmas treat - it was wonderful. Incredible setting and views and all rooms super comfy and really thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Lots of lovely walks nearby and Tracy was super helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying again! 😊
