Laura's place matched the description and is well equipped. I appreciated the breakfast, tea, coffee and milk supply. It was also so helpful to have the parking permit. You have to look around a bit for a space if you arrive late but I always managed to find somewhere nearby. It's a fantastic location - lively and friendly, with an independent community vibe, full of eclectic shops, eateries, great pubs etc. The apartment is on a side street so also peaceful.

Everything was as described, we were really only using this as a base whilst visiting relatives but it could not have worked better for us. Verity had put our minds at ease prior to arrival and everything went according to plan. Entry to the premises was straight forward, we had dedicated parking and a heater had been turned on and was ideal for our use. "The Loft" was immaculate and exactly what we needed for our short visit to the area. My only regret is that I didn't get to thank Verity in person but we left early on a Sunday morning and I didn't feel it would have been appropriate. We will definitely use this venue again for future visits to the area and highly recommend it to others!

This is a beautiful little place, very cosy. spotlessly clean. We could have turned up with just a toothbrush and wouldn't have been without. Shower is lovely to use, bedlinen was fresh and comfortable. location was great for town and the peak district. A lovely little home from home. highly recommended

Great apartment right in the city center. House was in good condition. Please do mind that the apartment doesnt have a lift so it will be a few flight of stairs if you have kids or elderly people with you. Host is very good. Very comfortable beds.Definitely recommend staying if you want to visit Sheffield. Just make note : No parking around the aparment as its right in city center. but there is one within 5 min walk

Spent 2 nights with kids at Margaret’s flat. We arrived late and found the entrance at the back of the building fairly easily, even in the dark. Parking close to flat is tricky as lots of cars and limited spots. Flat is over 2 floors, compact, very clean and has everything you need. We cooked and ate there with no problems. It has a steep set of steps up to top floor bedrooms which were fine for us but could be challenging for some. Area feels safe and is close to Sheffield centre, taking about 10 mins in the car, which is where we spent most of our time. Rivelin valley trail is near which we walked along before stopping in a nearby pub (Blind Monkey) which was welcoming and a great find. Margaret is really helpful and made our stay very straight forward.

We had a wonderful time in Bakewell… beautiful little town with friendly people! The accommodation was very central and beautifully kept! Couldn’t fault a thing… would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Stayed there for 2 nights with young children. Great size accommodation. Bakewell is gorgeous and had lots of nice pubs, cafes, shops and walks. Easy to get to Chatsworth House. The Manners pub next door serves gorgeous food and cask beer. next

A lovely place to stay for a few days right in the middle of Castleton. Ideal for walking and my hobby of photography. Great host, who was extremely welcoming & friendly on my arrival. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous stay at Henry and Rebecca’s home. The flag is so spacious and very comfortable for a family. Really comfy beds as well! The area is peaceful and has plenty of cafes restaurants and supermarkets close by. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Staying here was excellent. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Being able to park my car in a secure car park is always great. I hope to book again in the future.

Spacious apartment in an ideal location to reach the city centre with tram and bus stops very close by. Comfortable beds and couches, lovely hot showers. Kingsley was always quick to respond to my questions. Guests with mobility issues may need to be aware that the flat is on the second floor but the stairs are easy to manage.

Charlotte is a fantastic host - very welcoming and has a fabulous apartment with quality amenities. Had everything we needed for our stay and more. Castleton is a perfect location for exploring the Peak District. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay at the Apartment with Jacuzzi! I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment with a Jacuzzi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design. The highlight, of course, was the luxurious Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right, creating a relaxing oasis. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

Nice and clean, lovely lots of extra’s like slippers. Easy lock box to get in but for some reason he was adamant to let us in himself. Hot tub is a bonus. Shower wasn’t working for us, I’m sure he’s sorted it now. Great central location

Very friendly staff and a beautiful room, the building was a little rough in places, for some reason the room seemed to smell like smoke (this may of been because the windows were left open). Only a 20 min walk to the city centre and had lots of nice restaurants around it

We had a lovely, peaceful weekend at this beautiful cabin, the views are beautiful too, perfect for a relaxing weekend away. So cosy and absolutely spotless, the hot tub is a lovely bonus and is very clean and well maintained. Chris is the most amazing host, very welcoming and so helpful, would 100% recommend and we will definitely be back very soon.

We stayed as a 6 for New Years Eve and had a great time at Simon’s place! The apartment is very roomy, has everything you need and is more than comfortable. The roof terrace is a fantastic space and would be amazing on a summers day! We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would definitely recommend and will definitely book again! ☺️

We had a lovely stay over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The apartment was very clean, warm and comfortable and all the extra touches for the festive season made it feel like a home away from home. We would love to visit again in the future.
