Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

This is the third year we were able to rent Ediangela’s house. As always it’s beautiful and clean. The pool is spotless. Plenty of space for big groups and absolutely perfect for families with kids of all ages. There’s so much to do on the property itself. She is so kind and responsive. It’s always been amazing every time we stay. It’s becoming our summer staple to come and stay by the pool for a few days of vacation. 10/10 absolutely worth renting this space. This year we brought two 10 year olds, a 5 year old, and a 2 year old, with 4 adults. They had the best time in the little play houses and pool. The adults had a great time as well. If you’re looking for a low key - big fun spot where you don’t have to run around to entertain, this is perfect! Everything you need or may need is on site or minutes away if you need to shop. Including the actual beach. I sincerely hope we get the chance to make it year 4 next summer!

The house accommodated our family of five and a dog perfectly, and the common areas allowed us to gather all together as well as spread out by activity: E.G. TV watchers in the living room, game players at the kitchen table, basketball player in the backyard.

Scott’s apartment is fantastic! It is located on the lower floor of his house. It is very open and light. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living area is also spacious, with beautiful views of the woods. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, with very nice towels. There is a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. The heating system worked superbly during our stay. We were in the area to visit with family and friends, and the house is located in a perfect location, whether you need drive north or south, east or west! We look forward to staying at Scott's house in the future. Comunication with Scott was very easy and he checked in to see how we were doing. Thank you, Scott, for a lovely stay! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We were in town for a track meet at Harvard and Boston University. This was the perfect location for us. We were able to make ourselves at home, and with the snow coming in on Saturday night, it was so cozy. We would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing space - historic home and original floors! - The space was so clean and neat - and comfortable! My family truly enjoyed their space and felt comfortable. We went to the coffee shops around their neighborhood and found the home very close to all the places we were visiting (college tours). Holly is an amazing host and was so responsive and accommodating! Thank you and look forward to staying again next time I’m in town

This place is amazing. it's super cute and it's within walking distance of some great cafes and bakeries! There was one small hiccup, but Jeff and Matt were SUPER responsive and Matt wound up there on Thanksgiving night to make sure it was handled.

Great and cozy place to stay! The homeowner is very responsible and communicates promptly! Highly recommended!

Eric’s home in Salem was a perfect fit for our needs! The home is beautiful and very comfortably slept 8 people (the mattresses are next level.) It’s much bigger than the pictures portray. Conveniently located close to downtown Salem. Highly recommend!

We were in the area for a family wedding. The house was easy to find and parking was plentiful. There was a lot of ice by the backdoor, which was where we were to enter. When I expressed concern to Dev, he replied quickly and gave us access via a different door. (The ice was a product of snow; pouring rain; dropping temperatures and wind- all within 24hr!) The house had enough linens; dishes; and sundries for our stay. Also, it was very clean.Our family relaxed and comfortably visited most of the weekend at Dev’s house. We all enjoyed spending time there!

Darryl’s place was exactly as described! Immaculate, quiet, very walkable to everything in Salem and in a beautiful neighborhood! We were able to park our car, in the off street parking space which was greatly appreciated, and walk to all Salem has to offer! We didn’t cook but the beautifully appointed kitchen would’ve been perfect for any meal. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was remarkably quiet! The back yard was great just to let our dogs out quickly but the neighborhood is near chestnut street so there were tons of options for walking our dogs. Darryl was a fantastic host who genuinely cares about his guests and their experiences! This is probably one of, if not the best place we’ve ever stayed in Salem and we would absolutely stay again!

We were in Salem for a family wedding with our family of 8, including a toddler and infant, and the John Edward's house was perfect for us. The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and shops. The home is a very charming historical house! Phil was extremely friendly and responsive and really helped us with the addition of an extra portable crib for our grandchildren. I highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

This is a wonderful home in a great location, and we’ve come back twice now because the space is so lovely and the host is incredibly responsive and kind. Any time we had a question or hiccup, the host was glad to troubleshoot and help out. We are very appreciative, and we definitely hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming and cozy New England home & would definitely stay again. Private off-street parking made things a breeze coming and going. We loved being able to walk the dogs down to the beach. My son was excited to be able to play basketball in the back yard and everyone enjoyed the arcade room.

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

Our family really enjoyed our second stay at Louise’s lovely house. The house is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and well situated. Louise is a terrific host — very responsive, thoughtful and friendly. We love staying here and hope to do so again.

We had a fantastic stay at Peter and Maria’s place! They were wonderful hosts—quick to respond to any questions and incredibly thoughtful in ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. The house itself is absolutely adorable, with a cozy and inviting feel. It’s fully stocked with everything you could need—kitchen appliances, coffee, a kettle, utensils, and even a well-stocked shower. Whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or just settling in, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is welcoming, surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

The house is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for large groups, everything was clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a long stay, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the center and public transportation, supermarkets, etc. Ben is super friendly and communicates quickly. I recommend 100% this stay we had a great time.
