Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bromsgrove District

A lovely long weekend spent with family in the large farmhouse. Beautiful sunsets and surrounding countryside and a well-equipped home. Open plan kitchen and dining area with room for all to cook and eat together. Space for everyone yet cosy and warm. A hot tub with views was a hit with everyone!

It was lovely break for a couple of days for my husband’s birthday. The hot tub was amazing especially in the cold weather and such a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and even came out to us to direct us to the correct location when I called on arrival.

We have just had a large family Christmas at Stratford house. It was great as loads of bedrooms with en suite’s. A huge dining kitchen with lots of space to host and a great conservatory with a large dining area. The location is fantastic, about a 5 min walk from the centre of town. Natasha was very responsive as we asked lots of questions prior to staying due to cooking Christmas dinner there, had no issues. My mum was ill on checking out and had to attend A&E and Natasha kindly offered me another night so that I could be with her. Fortunately, my mum was discharged home that afternoon but we were really grateful of her kind offer.

A fantastic location and extremely peaceful. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything we could possibly need for our stay. The hot tub is great and there are loads of outdoor spaces to sit. Very welcoming and helpful hosts, who struck the right balance of being there if needed but did not make you feel pestered. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful place, and we plan to stay again soon!

Really lovely place to stay. Lodges are very welll spaced apart. Hot tub was perfect! Lodge was clean and tidy and so lovely and warm and cosy! It’s out in the sticks so is roughly 10-15 minutes to the nearest convenience shop. We got an Indian delivered from nearby town- 20 minutes away. The lodge is in the grounds of their family run pub which was beautiful, pricey so we didn’t eat there but if it’s in your budget then the food menu looks really yummy and it’s in the Michelin guide! Lodge is self catering so you can bring everything! We had tea, coffee, washing up liquid, cloths, towels and body wash provided. Really happy with our stay and we’ll hopefully be back next time we go to the Morgan Car Factory again!

Fantastic property with a wonderful open living space to socialise. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Great hot tub for everyone to enjoy. Owners were very helpful and responsive and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Had a lovely 4 night stay. Loved the barn with the games room. Would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic stay - and it was the little touches like the slippers and robe that made it just brilliant. Everything we needed was there and Tracey was fab at checking we were ok, would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends looking for an easy and comfortable getaway

Lisa’s garden flat is spacious but cosy & warm at the same time. It’s set back from the road and is therefore very private. We had no trouble following the check-in instructions and Lisa had very generously left us food essentials including the ingredients for a cooked breakfast so we instantly felt welcome. Lisa was friendly, informative & non intrusive. This is the perfect spot from which to explore the Malvern Hills & Malvern. We will definitely be returning.

The Old Post Office was just perfect for our family gathering. Spacious, comforatble, great kitchen and some really nice touches with milk left in the fridge on our arrival etc. Prior to our visit Berverley was really responsive to questions about parking and was able to offer us some flexibility on the checking out time which made life so much easier for us. Nothing seemed too much troble and I'd highly reccommend Beverley as a host and The Old Post Office as a place to stay.

I can only be totally complimentary about the cottage, proximity to all amenities, General presentation and to the owner’s instant response to my few questions. The cottage is charming and substantially equipped. There are some great pubs and other eateries in the village and, being in walking distance, we didn’t feel the need at any time to go elsewhere on this trip. The cottage and village has everything we needed.

Absolute home from home, from the pictures and descriptions it was exactly as we expected. Phil was there to meet us when we arrived, showed us round and explained everything before leaving us to it, but ensuring we knew we could contact him at any time if we needed to. Extremely comfortable, everything you could need, and fantastic to find some where that allows 3 dogs as that can often be a barrier when looking for some where to stay. We would definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing to go for a couple of days and the barn at Badsey was perfect. The space itself is lovely with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The breakfast facilities (kettle, toaster etc) were enough for us as there were so many places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner. Our dog was pleased to be able to have a sniff around the garden.

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

We had an amazing stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cottage was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—peaceful and private, yet close enough to explore the local area. Wendy was incredibly welcoming and provided great communication prior to arrival with recommendations for nearby activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic retreat. We will be back!

Brilliant barn, land and location. The perfect stay for a get together with friends and really good value for money.

We have had a wonderful few days here. The accommodation was lovely, homely and enough space for us (2 adults, 1 six year old and a dog). We felt comfortable and at home. The private pool and sauna were amazing. The orchard and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, we even saw two deer walking through the orchard one evening. Some lovely local places to eat and we drove out to a few little villages to explore. Jill and Stuart are lovely hosts, they are only next door but we felt very private and they didn't bother us at all. We could have spent longer there and will be booking again.

Absolute gem! Loved Wendy’s cottage. We had a wonderful stay. Place is warm and cozy, decorated in a beautiful way. Very well equipped, everything you need is there. Wendy is a great host and was very helpful throughout the entire stay. The Cobbs shop/cafe near by is fantastic too. Great location wonderful host and cottage. 100% recommend
