Bijou holiday rental in an excellent location, very peaceful but really close to pubs, restaurants and the seafront.

A fantastic place to stay in the quaint village of Reading Street, especially with a young family - the children absolutely loved playing on the trampoline in the garden! Also a really good base to explore the area - the beach at Joss Bay is walkable and Broadstairs is only 5 mins by car. Thanks Marie for being an excellent host!

Everything was just as described! We were visiting our friends from the U.S. who moved over recently and this couldn’t have been a better location! Steps away from restaurants, pubs and downtown Canterbury shopping! The house was so cozy and traditional English with everything you could need to cook a full meal and plenty of space with 4 rooms! Will stay again.

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home in Margate. Loved the decor and all of the beautiful touches around the house - and especially loved the sauna and bath under the stars. A very lovely place to stay xx

Lovely house with nice touches all over the place. Only downside, some of the beds (we found) were a bit hard.

Fantastic well equipped house well suited for our pre Christmas family get together. The bedrooms are stunning and the ground floor worked brilliantly for 9 of us of all ages. The garden is private and peaceful, and the seafront is a couple of minutes away. Perfect!

Just got back from a 1 night stay to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. We had a great time and the house met our needs perfectly. Tucked away so very quiet, It was spacious and comfortable, had lovely views and our teenagers loved the games room so were happy and occupied. Jamie was super helpful, friendly and relaxed, and always quick and easy to contact, both before and during our stay. A fab time was had by all and we will definitely be booking again. We all said we would like to go back in the summer so we can enjoy the pool 🤓.

We had a lovely stay here, everything was beautiful and lots of homely touches added to the yurt. The heating and log burner was a perfect touch to keep us warm too. Thank you!

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

I took my 90 year old father and 13 year old dog to stay at Leah’s homely caravan. Despite the coldest weather so far this year we were cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the easily accessible sea walk and trips to whistable, Canterbury and Herne Bay. The caravan had everything we needed, instructions were clear and Leah was responsive to my questions. Thank you for a special few days in Kent.

We had an amazing short break at Alan and Bill’s place. I cannot recommend it enough! the house is beautiful with full sea view (just across the road), very well equipped, and they have thought of everything you might need. While the swimming pool wasn’t heated during our stay in late October, the house offered plenty more, including a hot tub, sauna, and dedicated BBQ area. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to play comfortably. In addition to the beautiful house, Alan and Bill were the most amazing hosts we've experienced in nearly a decade of Airbnb stays. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, responding promptly to all our questions from booking through our stay and accommodating our requests to the best they could. We’re already considering our next trip!

Wonderful stay, great location & very helpful host!

Lovely flat 2 min walk to the sea in one direction, and 10 min walk to some great restaurants in the other. We had a couple of issues with the heating on our first day but Kate was on the case very quickly and let us borrow a heater until it was fixed (all sorted in less than 24 hours). Great host, great flat, lovely time in Margate!

My one night stay at Alana’s met all our needs …it is close to the station, a clean and tidy house with a lovely en suite off the main bedroom. Alana was quick to respond to messages and gave local recommendations for places to eat. Thank you Alana.

Another enjoyable stay at Little Lynstead. Always cosy and comfortable. Could not recommend enough!

We had a great stay at Esther’s home. It was in a good location close to the sea and anything else you could need. Her home is lovely.

A great place to stay for us visiting Whitstable for one night, convenient and quiet location with very easy access to the beach and dog walks (on lead). Great little place to stay with lots of nice touches including even a dog welcome pack and dog bed. Thanks Debi also for helping us with a rather late check in after we failed to get in at the appointed time!

For a family of 4, two under two, it was really important to find something to make it an easy stay visiting family but this place and the hosts absolutely hit the spot. happy to recommend, great stay and would/will be coming back. The cleaning fee may seem steep but to be honest £60 of prep and £60 to make right after our stay seemed reasonable. Thank you for a great stay!

Nicola was a perfect host, allowing us to check in early to drop our bags a few hours before the usual check-in time. Instructions on how to get in were easy, the place was spotless and the interior design of the flat was beautiful. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly to anyone needing a cosy place to stay in Margate!
