Great stay! The apartment was clean and within walking distance to the city center. The host was helpful, making the stay smooth. Highly recommend!

Miroslava is a very welcoming and accommodating host, she responds quickly to messages and the arrangement is seamless. The apartment is beautifully clean, ideally large, there is everything you need (whether to sleep, in the bathroom, kitchen, wifi,...). The place is not right in the center, but it is nice quiet, the stop is close to the house and in a few minutes you can take a tram in the center. We'd love to come again, thanks for everything 🙂

Everything was perfect,exactly like on photos,great view of the city from the balcony and easy to get to the city center by a public transport. Also goceries and shops are at walking distance. We had a great stay at this place.Thank you.

Beautiful design, the apartment captivated us and we loved it - the atmosphere is amazing and the apartment is functional (exercise circles, stretching mat, adjustable table). The host can't be bothered (active communication, willingness). As for the apartment itself, the only negative I would mention is that now (in January) the apartment is more difficult to heat, and it felt quite cold (especially by the bed). Somehow we bitten it the first night, we contacted the host the next day who helped us and the second night it was a little better. However, I believe that the host will soon resolve this issue, and it won't happen again for other guests, because based on the overall impression of what I got from the space, the host takes care of the apartment really carefully and makes sure that guests have the best possible feeling about the space. I've never had a problem finding parking near the place.

We were with a friend for the weekend and we are very satisfied. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and spacious. Well-decorated, with everything a person needs, and more. Plenty of towels. Slippers upon entry. Equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the 5th floor but the elevator is only 4. But that wasn't a problem at all. The host, nice gentleman, he explained everything, we could agree on the time. It is about a 15-minute walk to the center, but also nearby. Highly recommended :)

Julie was really helpful and a great host. She helped us a lot. The apartments was really lovely, in a great place, central too everything. We particularly loved the glass covered sun room. We will definitely come back again.

The place felt welcoming and Ondrej was a lovely host! The area surronding the appartement wasn't particulary beautiful but well connected by public transport.

The apartment is in a nice peaceful location in a residential area, several supermarkets are nearby. Seems far only on the map but in fact it is well connected to the centre of the city by trams/buses. Jan responded very quickly all the time.

Beautiful apartment, close to downtown. Very quickly settled order. Clear self check in instructions. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back.

Hana's apartment is wonderful, very clean, spacious, comfortable, zero traffic noise, has everything you need for the everyday life. It seems you can spend a year in this apartment and not miss anything. There is a tram stop to the center a few hundred meters away, and the tram runs every ten minutes. Right next to the house is Certova rokle park, for a pleasant walk, and squirrels were running on the bedroom window in the morning :-) Hana herself was very friendly, explained everything clearly, was easy to communicate with, and waited for my arrival, even though i did not have a czech sim and could not call and let her know that i will arrived later. Thank you very much, Hana!

The place was great! A modern apartment that immediately impressed us with its coziness and amenities. The biggest bonus was two huge TVs, a hot tub, and a spacious bathtub that added to the luxury of a stay. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtful. In addition, the apartment is superbly located – just 5 minutes from the center of the tram, which was really practical. The host was very prompt in communication and proactive which made the process even easier. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend.

The apartment was really beautifully furnished as in the photos. I didn't miss anything in it and everything was fully functional. Lukáš was a great and responsive host, I highly recommend if you are looking for comfort in Brno.

Absolute jem this place, so huge and luxurious. One of the best Airbnb places I’ve stayed at, every facility possible and still very private in a lovely area. Public transport just down the road. Thanks for the effort put into this accommodation to make it so good.
