Host was very prompt in his replies. Apartment was in a great location, walkable to restaurants, bars etc.

Second stay at Ana and Nathan’s lovely apartment. Best things for me are the location, both the proximity to neighbourhood facilities and to the city . Also that it’s decorated as a home not an Airbnb! Can get a little warm on a hot day but easy to manage with fans and aircon.

What a great find, close to the Botanic Gardens and all Melbourne offers! The apartment is spotless and cosy, just as described. The bed is very comfortable. I would definitely return and recommend it. Magda is the most wonderful, responsive and thoughtful host.

Had a great weekend stay. Location is great: you’re in the middle of everything, and still you don’t hear a thing from the street below. Super cleverly designed place, compact with two bathrooms and two balconies. Beds were all very comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, felt very spacious and well appointed, was quiet whilst being super close to the restaurants and the lake. Bathroom was lovely, bed super comfy, nice big tv screens with lots of streaming options. Had lots of fun with the pinball machine. Well suited to a couple and 2 kids. Not so much for more than 2 adults as the beds are all really close. We really loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we were visiting Caroline Springs, and we really appreciated being able to bring our pooch. Thanks so much Chante. ♥️

We enjoyed our time here. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. It is a quiet neighborhood but not far from transport and restaurants. Ahmed was quick to answer questions. I would stay again.

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

Lan's place was fantastic! It was clean, tidy, and located in a great area. It had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable, even during a muggy Melbourne weekend.

We had a pleasant stay in this flat at the bottom of Melanie’s garden, which is packed with trees and plants of all kinds, and always filled with birdsong. Nice outside sitting area with large table and chairs. The flat is spacious and full of light, with attractive, modern décor (especially the elegant black and white bathroom), and quirky, colourful art everywhere. Kitchen is large and really well equipped: full hob, microwave etc; good range of quality pots and pans; attractive crockery and beautiful ceramic bowls. Highlight of the flat: the two skylights in the ceiling, through which you can watch clouds floating by and trees blowing in the wind. Melanie is a friendly, helpful host, always ready with information, assistance and interesting conversation.

We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time at Patrizio’s most beautiful place. It has been exceptionally well designed, by Patrizio, and couldn’t be more comfortable! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and the apartment even more so, at the end of a tree lined street. Going to the city center has been a breeze by tramway, and has been taking us about 25 minutes, so it is super convenient. The kitchen features top appliances and we have been able to enjoy cooking light meals here. The bathrooms are large and gorgeous. I could go on and on: this place is as good as it gets!

Claudia and Greg's place is absolutely fantastic - it is close to Sydney road with tons of great restaurants and bars, as well as the bike path that takes you all the way downtown. Claudia and Greg were also the best AirBNB hosts I've ever had - lending us bikes, giving great recommendations, and being super responsive to any requests and questions that I had. I just can't recommend this place enough!

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

My husband and self enjoyed 3 nights at this airbnb and highly recommend. The apartment had a really cosy feel, was clean and welcoming. The hosts communication was on point. The views are incredible, especially at night. We really enjoyed the facilities, and had a sauna each morning to start our day. The location is excellent. We will be back.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The location couldn’t be better—right across from a major train station, surrounded by great restaurants, and within easy walking distance to top attractions. We arrived to a sweet, personalized welcome: jazz music softly playing, aromatherapy in the air, and a tasty little treat waiting for us. The Australian bath products smelled divine, and the shower’s water pressure was top-notch. Waking up to the stunning city and waterfront views took our breath away every morning. Our four-year-old had an absolute blast, and the fast internet kept us connected. The host made check-in and check-out a breeze, even providing helpful recommendations for luggage storage. We can’t recommend this spot highly enough—it’s the perfect urban retreat!

This is a comfortable apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Close to amenities, the tram is directly across the road. Offers secure carparking. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Quirky decorations and art in the apartment make it much less a bland hotel room to be a fun place to stay.
