We stayed at Andrew place over the festive period. He was very friendly and responsive to our messages. He also put up a Xmas tree to make it feel more festive. The flat was tidy with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The heating was on and made the place lovely and warm It’s within walking distance to Asda which is very handy. Andrew was a great host and extremely accommodating. Would recommend.

This is just what it says on the tin. What you see is what you get. Great property with clean spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is clean and has everything you need. Lounge is small but I knew that from the pictures therefore I wasn’t expecting anything else. Everyone in the surrounding area were lovely and welcoming, particularly in the local Pub. The most important thing was the communication from the owner, who responded to any messages instantly. This makes the stay so much more comfortable knowing that if there were to be anything I needed I could get a response straight away. Thanks. Smashing

Absolutely stunning place, met every expectations, will definitely be returning to this apartment. The location was great, near the seafront and walking distance to shops, Trecco Bay, Rest Bay. Great detail in the finish of the apartment has been given 100%. Lovely jesture of a welcome pack containing welsh cakes, elvis drinks (as it was the Elvis weekend), tea, and coffee. Beds and bed linen were so comfy and the bedroom was lovely and so quiet with no passing traffic. Cannot fault this little gem of an apartment. Definitely do not hesitate to reserve. Thank you for our amazing stay. Loved it.

Lee was the perfect host responded quickly and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. The van is really comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely furnished flat - parking is a bit of a problem, but we found a space up the hill which was OK. It is ground floor, with two steps up into the living room, which was OK for my wife who has mobility problems.

A wonderful stay in a truly magical location! I will definitely be returning!

Lovely place to experience the spa day with sauna and hot tub.

We stayed here for our wedding night. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, lovely touch of petals on the bed. Grounds were stunning and I even had a cuddle with the resident ginger cat. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful estate, grounds look well cared for. Jack and Mollie were amazing. Only initial communication was with Lorraine (maybe) all other comms with Mollie. Such a peaceful serene location. Quite pricey for the night’s stay

Muhammad and his wife were very welcoming and pleasant! They did everything they could to make us to feel at home, which we very much appreciated it! The place was lovely, spotless clean, comfy bed, clean and soft bedding and towels. There is a space for making tea and coffees with some tea, coffee and milk available to be used , which is a nice touch! The shower is great and there is a big bath , if you like baths, very clean and very big! The sea view from the bedroom window was a massive plus, you see the sea from lying on the bed! The location is great situated on top of Swansea, you get the view from two bays one on the left and one on the right, hence the house’s name is called Highbay! In summary, the whole experience was a lovely and pleasant stay, we very much appreciate the thought and the effort put into it, by Muhammad and his wife! Lovely stay again

Lovely weekend break at the coach house. Accommodation was great, perfect for self catering, very comfortable beds with great quality bedding! 15 - 20 min walk to the beach, same distance (in the opposite direction) to the local pub and shops.
