Vacation rentals in Bridesville

Great little place for a fun summer getaway for 2 families! The place has all the kitchen equipment and linens/towels you will need (but remember to bring your own toiletries), and the place is cozy and well setup for hanging out with kids. The dining table is very large so it’s perfect for family-style dinners. The location of the cottage within the complex is a bit further from the beach than some of the other cottages, but totally fine for walking down to the beach with a few things. However, if you have a lot of beach equipment and floaties, it’s better to drive them down to the drop off location near the beach. Our kids loved the bicycles and mini kayaks provided by the owners, which was such a bonus! And the pool/hot tub/gym is a great amenity that was enjoyed by all of us. All of the people in the complex seemed super friendly; lots of kids and families around. Lastly, the location is near some amazing wineries so that was very convenient as well! We loved it.

4 guy golf weekend, perfect spot with privacy and room to play beach games and enjoy a fire

My family and I loved our little weekend away here, it was exactly what we wanted. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were there over thanksgiving it was nice and quiet and peaceful. I imagine this place would be so much fun in the summer! We had a nice little fire outside and explored the area. Highly recommend, I would definitely go back.

Robbie and Shelley's place was perfect. Lots of space, clean and great location for us. We would be happy to return.

I'd give six stars if I could. It was one of our best value rentals ever. Very nice place at an affordable price. The house was very clean and neat and very well outfitted. We loved the master bed/bath. We couldn't make use of all the amenities because of it being winter time, but there are paddle boards and beach toys, etc. One disappointment was that the shared hot tub was under maintenance, but everything else was amazing. We were 5 couples staying at Kurt’s. The place was comfortable, quiet and secluded. We were having a lot of fun singing along with Apple Music through the house speakers……. We were fortunate the place was secluded (no neighbours to worry about). Kurt met us and showed us around the place, and answered our questions quickly. There were plenty of towels for bathing and for the hot tub. Kurt’s was perfect for what we wanted.

We had a lovely time with our family spending hours at the beach and the pool during our stay. We did have some various issues, but Lynsey handled them promptly after we would message about them. My only feedback would be to get lamps for the two smaller bedrooms (currently only overhead lighting) and replace the broken drawers in the fridge. The location is a hidden gem and we hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The view and the pool are awesome. I slept quite well too! The beds are pillows are comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

This place was amazing! The home, front deck, area, lake……our family had so much fun! We swam, and went paddle boarding everyday lol we visited, played games, had fires on the beach at night, cooked in the well stocked kitchen and on the great bbq. The quiet coffees in the morning looking out over the lake were also a favourite. The area was so peaceful and quiet. We just had the best time. Barb was great and we had everything we needed. The only thing was that there were 6 of us adults and it was a little tight but we made it work. There were also deer that came by everyday. ☺️
