Very nice place. Decent size if you are traveling alone and extremely safe if traveling alone. I traveled alone for work and small vacation. Staff was very helpful in the lobby.

Great location for attending the Miami boat show, also convenient to Miami Heat, etc. modern, clean building with terrific amenities. Host was very responsive.

The apartment was spotless. Great bed and bath linens! All well cared for in excellent location! Gabriela also responded kindly and very quickly. I would stay in the apartment again for sure!

Beautiful sunny wrap-around deck, flexible check-in&out, big comfy bed, incredible rooftop and building amenities, coffee shop in the building, close by to everything you need (restaurants, parks, etc.) .. made my first visit to Miami absolutely perfect, wished I could've stayed longer!

Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and right in the middle of Lil Havana Calle 8. We took the bus or cabbed it to other areas of Miami like bayside market and Hobie beach which was leas than 30 min. My cousin and I felt safe returning to the air B& B late at night. Octavio was responsive with all messages I sent. Definitely pleased with my stay!

The apartment itself was quaint, clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. Whenever I needed to contact them, they immediately responded out. The apartment is near the highway, but was not a factor for me. You don’t hear any traffic noise when inside the unit. As for the backyard, I used it to wind-down from a long day. I other than the fridge, really didn’t use the kitchen. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, it had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

Andres was so helpful and responsive and we had a great stay - super easy to get in and out of the city and just what we were looking for.

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

Absolutely wonderful we Forgot a few things, but the house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Will be my go to place whenever I’m in Miami. We were completely satisfied with our stay and recommend this property to All of friends and family who visit the Miami area.

Beautiful apartment, clean and cozy, everything you need for a long vacation, very convenient location. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and nice. A little upset about the construction right outside the windows, it doesn't bother with the windows closed, good noise insulation. But overall we had a wonderful time! Thank you!

The best a vacation Airbnb so far in my life

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

The condo was very cozy and exactly what I was looking for when booking a room! The beach was only a 5 min walk away, the neighbors were really friendly and welcoming. I never had to struggle to find parking. Maite was very nice, easy to communicate with, and very patient when I needed help. Overall experience was definitely a 10/10!
