5 star – Absolutely recommended! Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the beginning. It was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival we had a very nice contact, and during our stay the accessibility was always given if we had any questions. Check in and out was quick and easy. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the accommodation. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. Thank you for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.

Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and were pleased that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are beautifully sunny and the location is perfect for us. We just wanted to point out a few small things. The bedrooms could not be darkened. Additional curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine drain. We were able to get a makeshift grip on it with a rubber glove. The lower slide of the dishwasher is defective, making it difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the lower bedroom Apart from these small things, overall a recommendable and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG Zechengrund. Thank you very much for that. If we are back in the area, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great weekend at Marc's place. The old factory villa has a lot of charm and is very nicely furnished, with a modern kitchen that is very well equipped and a very new bathroom. The property is very suitable as a starting point for hiking tours. Marc was also very nice and showed us everything in the place. Communication with him was impeccable.

Staying with you was also just wonderful the second time. We were able to relax and unwind. Thank you so much! Great that there was also a Christmas tree - that made it even more cozy;)

A great vacation home to feel good. Very well-equipped and ample space. We had a wonderful women's weekend. The kitchen is superbly equipped and the pool table was also used extensively. Sylvie and Katja had plenty of tips for us and responded to questions very quickly. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely and relaxing weekend at this place! As a group of 9 women, we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. The amenities left nothing to be desired, and we were able to relax and enjoy the time together. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time. The cottage is very nice, modern and designed with attention to detail. Everything is very harmonious and offers a great feel-good atmosphere overall. It was all very clean. Communication went smoothly, easily and quickly, and the Nenner family was always very friendly and accommodating. The nearest supermarket and bakery is ideally in 5 minutes. The residential area is very and you can go for great walks. The city center can be reached quickly by car. There is a lot of information in the house about a variety of activities in the area.

The place is very accurate to the photos and description, it was clean and tidy. You can park your car in the square right in front of the house, there is a shop in the house, so you have to run the stairs and buy groceries. For a nice price, a very nice place to stay.
