You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We appreciated the location of Jill's place. It is within walking distance of a Charge point fast charger, excellent for those with an electric vehicle like us. It was warm and clean. The refrigerator had a few essentials for making coffee and tea. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week visiting familiar places and exploring new ones. Mary was a great hostess and the downstairs apartment more than met our simple needs. Quiet. Easy to find. Close to good restaurants and beaches. And the flock of turkeys that strolled through the yard occasionally were entertaining.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

I highly recommend Renee's for anyone wanting to explore downtown Hyannis/Barnstable. I stayed at Renee's for a 2 week work trip and it was the perfect location. Everything you might need is within a short walk; coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and several gyms. I even enjoyed a short winter trip to the beach =) The apartment is up a steep flight of narrow stairs, so Id keep that in mind when considering how much to pack. Yes, you can hear the music from the restaurant below, but it wasn't bothersome to me because it wasn't too loud and I slept right through it. Ear plugs and sound machines are provided for lighter sleepers or anyone that might be bothered by a little background noise. The apartment was spotless and looks exactly as it does in the photos. Great location , super clean, and I definitely appreciated the washer & dryer for the longer stay.

Great place to stay for a family with everything you need in or at the house. Many items are new or upgraded and they definitely put time into thinking about what people need while there. We're repeat guests and would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at the boathouse. There was great communication between the host and I. Nancy kindly excepted an early check-in as I flew on a redeye from LA to Boston.. I will definitely keep this place on my list of places that I stay on the Cape!

Deena could not have been a more responsive and accommodating host. The house was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach every morning. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see. We visited Nantucket, Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard, but the house would also be perfect if you want to do nothing but enjoy the beach and relax.

This stay in Chatham was lovely. The house was adorable and had plenty of space for all of us staying that weekend. The house was thoughtfully designed with everything you need. You will have to either bring your own towels and sheets or rent and you will need to clean everything to be “broom” clean, which does offload more work and costs onto guests, but otherwise everything was fantastic. The location is so close to everything and is just beautiful.

BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valentina's Cape Cod oasis. It was a great but short walk to the beach and a very short drive or mile walk to downtown Hyannis. We enjoyed all of it. The house is as described and while it is connected to another unit, the only connection is the master bathroom, and we didn't hear a thing. The place is set up great with a fenced in yard for the kiddos and doggie. It was also big enough to have our family stay for a funeral and large dinner one night. Our kids didn't want to leave when it was time to go. The kitchen is a chef's dream and has everything one would need. The frosted beer mugs in the freezer were a great touch for us local beer enthusiasts. We hope to stay again in the future and when we have more time to explore the cape. Overall, a five star stay and would highly recommend!!

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

My travel companions and I were so happy with and comfortable at the home. It’s a beautiful house and the property is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and short drives to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could need. Lots of towels too which is always a plus. Although we didn’t use it, the little cottage in the back is adorable. Michaela was a friendly and responsive host. We really didn’t want to leave. This was our third trip together to the Cape and This was our absolute favorite Airbnb. If the fates bring us back to the Cape in the future we’d love to stay again.

Place was amazing and spacious. To bad we didn't have more time to enjoy it.

Paul’s place was beautiful and in a great location! Mile walk into Chatham for good food and shopping. Very close walk to beach to see fabulous sunrises and setting suns! Would definitely stay again!

Book it!! Just do it! After staying in Air BnBs throughout the US and in many other countries I have to stay Marc was the best host! Extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. His place was perfect and he even had one of our favorite games, Skip Bo available! Overall, fantastic experience.

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at Julia’s place for a long weekend and it was the perfect place for us! The location was exactly what we were looking for because it was walkable and there was plenty to do in Chatham. It was also nice to walk out to the beach right near the property in the early morning. Julia’s place was exactly as described and it was absolutely worth the price! Also, Julia was super responsive to any of our questions and was very accommodating. We had a day where we got a lot of snow/rain, and she proactively messaged us to let us know about where to park our car to avoid any potential flooding. We really appreciated that!! Overall, fantastic location and we would absolutely love to rebook in the future!

Wonderful stay !! Nick’s place was absolutely perfect for us. It was immaculate with very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels too. It really had everything we needed! Nick was very responsive and accommodating, would not hesitate to stay here again !!

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.
