Extraordinary family weekend. The house is large and very comfortable, the garden and terrace extremely pleasant, the sauna and pool excellent! Emmanuelle and her husband are very friendly and attentive hosts! We'll keep the address to renew this moment which completely satisfied us.

We had a great time. He was very reachable and attentive. The rental was clean and functional. The decor is nice and we did not lack anything. We enjoyed enjoying the garden and games available. The kids loved playing with Henri's kids. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect place for a calm & gentle week away. The pool is an absolute treat which we used every day. The views across the village are beautiful & we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night. The photos of the outdoor seating don’t do it justice. It’s really special. Communication with Jean was superb & he was really keen to make sure we had a good stay & enjoyed our time there. There are recommendations in the home of where to eat & interesting places to visit. The location is great for exploring the Loiré, we visited Chateaus, cities & enjoyed wine tours. The shower is fantastic! Although the home is on one level, there are steps down to the home so be mindful.

Excellent accommodation for groups of if all sizes. Heated pool was great for all times of day. Hosts were responsive and helpful. €200 Euros for early check in was a little expensive but overall it was exactly what we hoped for (group of 21). Would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone.

Valerie received us at the last minute, super responsive and very nice … The accommodation is clean and functional. The large fenced garden was ideal for my 2-year-old daughter. All shops are within walking distance, as well as the park, castle etc … I recommend it!!!

A very good flexible welcome by Emilie & Benjamin who are very friendly. In the middle of nature with the wood burning stove since we went there in winter. Everything went well and our hosts were attentive and present in case of problems to light the fire or otherwise. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature. Close to the Domaine de la Pescheray and not far from Le Mans. I recommend these very welcoming hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

This country house is welcoming and full of history. We enjoyed having space inside and the unusual side of the garden with its cave cave. Quiet because road very little traffic. Hermansia was very attentive and available. A haven of peace in the countryside, sites to discover all around without going very far. Breakfast in front of the ballet des hirondelles in the morning.

Very pleasant stay in a very functional house that allowed us to live together by being 11 people. The terrace was perfect for us to enjoy the sun. Kim was very responsive and allowed us to arrive a little earlier to settle in and leave a little later. Thank you again and therefore we highly recommend this very spacious house

Nice accommodation located close to the Flèche and the zoo. Located in the countryside, very quiet accommodation. Flexible check-in thanks to the provision of a key box is very convenient.

Group of 4 families from different regions, we were looking for a place to meet and enjoy a weekend at reasonable rates. Mission accomplished thanks to Delpheric's cottage! Good contact, good hospitality, pleasant gîte, accommodating hosts. Special mention for the 2 dishwashers! Very convenient when there are so many of you and rare enough in the cottages to point it out. I recommend it!

Quirky home in a quiet location, best burgers at the tiny market on Tuesday eve and lovely local fresh produce. Very friendly pussy cats, kids loved the chickens and doves. The river was a great addition, watching fishermen from the bridge and taking a dip in the stream was a highlight.

Adeline's accommodation is really a little gem both for its environment and for its quality with the cherry on top being the Christmas decorations that delighted my daughter. Adeline welcomed us with kindness throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

a perfection this home! adorable hosts, the nickel and comfortable accommodation, an amazing garden. we spent 2 nights there with our big dog, next time it will be a week.
