I can’t say enough about how beautiful this place is. It’s pure luxury! The host was extremely responsive when there were concerns regarding the smoke detector beeping, and they provided timely resources in the meantime before maintenance came to rectify the issue. The windows looking out onto the city were absolutely breathtaking. It was so beautiful that I ended up proposing to my wife for our 10 year vow renewal in the living room. I would definitely book again!

Great location if you're trying to stay close to Rice Village. The booking looks just like the pictures and it has all the basic amenities to get you by on your stay. Very easy to get into the apt, with access to a garage door and your own private parking so always a plus there. It is located on a busy intersection so do expect to hear an increase in street traffic noise at night than you may be accustomed to. Overall I would definitely recommend this listing and plan on being a repeat customer.

Great location! Very cool neighborhood, the train is close by and the local park is very nice. The parking, carport is kind of scary since it’s a STEEP downhill into the lot. Be careful if it’s raining or your tire tread is low. The instructions are super clear and the host, on-site staff was able to accommodate my request for a hairdryer in a timely manner. Overall would def recommend!

This place was in a great location as it took less than a minute to be on the river walk. In both directions you will find great restaurants and places to visit. The place had many choices for parking from paid to free and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. Our host was very communicative as any inquries were answered promptly as well as providing lots of information regarding our stay. I'd highly recommend this stay and would look to stay here again the future.

Enjoyed our stay at Cinthia’s place while visiting family in FW. The place is as described, safe and close to major roadways. I would recommend staying there.

Urban Oasis home perfect location to any main attractions ,literally 10-15 minute drive. Home beautiful,very spacious ,comfortable, and looks like the pictures.Dianna left pamphlets of Houston very helpful,responds to requests quickly.Shower gets hot and beds are real comfortable,quiet neighborhood. We will be back for sure.

Jan's apartment is centrally located and really beautiful inside. The location is close to a lot of attractions and restaurants, so it's easy to get around by car. It's not particularly walkable, but generally San Antonio isn't. We enjoyed the simple decor and sitting on the balcony. A good deal for the price. One thing to note is that noise travels because it is an older building. Within our unit it was actually well sound-proofed, but we could hear the downstairs neighbor/guest every time they walked around and I was worried they could hear our toddler running around. This can't really be helped and it's a common challenge in building with multiple tenants. Jan was a great, communicative host.

Love the place and would go back for the pool and the price!

Great central location, restaurants, bars, coffee, live music etc all within 2-3 blocks. Very clean, fantastic pool with great views of the city & room was extremely quiet. Would absolutely stay again thanks for having us!
