Brett's place was perfect for our stay. Everything was extremely clean and it had everything we needed for the week. Brett was very also responsive if I had a question. Would definitely stay again.

Jenn was a perfect hostess. We were entirely. We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cottage. It was comfortable, well stocked with tools needed to cook, and the owner was friendly and kind. We shall rebook if we get near Carlsbad again. Lovely ambiance all around. --

We were only there for a single night while traveling to El Paso but it was everything we needed. A clean comfortable spot close to a pizza place for dinner and close to an awesome coffee spot in the morning. This was day 7 of vacation and after some poor nights sleep on crummy mattresses the beds there were just what we needed to recharge the batteries. Best beds on the trip so far. Would def be happy staying there longer if we had a reason to.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend, and we were very pleased with our stay. I kinda messed up with checking in because I kept trying to put the code in the top lock instead of the bottom lock, but I figured it out after going back through Chris’ checkin instructions. The kitchen looked very nice and clean, and the bed on the far left side of the hallway was super comfortable. The only issues that we had, which were already mentioned to Chris, were that the furnace for the heating unit in the hallway made a loud ringing noise when in use, there were a few hairs in the shower area that we sprayed down with some water, and the clicking noise when you use the fan in the hallway bathroom. All of which Chris said that he would address. Other than that, it’s a very lovely home, close to the river, and not far from restaurants. The drive to the caverns was about 20 minutes away, so very doable. Next time we come to visit, we’ll definitely be reaching out to Chris!

nice small place to stay in. we couldn't figure out how to increase the TV volume in the main bedroom and the couches were a bit dusty but everything else was great.

The Safari Cottage was a great place to stay to explore the Carlsbad Caverns and the local area. It had great amenities like a full kitchen, comfortable rooms, and plenty of space to relax. The neighborhood was very walk-able, close to local restaurants and sights like the river park and the museum. I appreciated the small homey touches (like coffee and creamer, some bottled water, toiletries) and could have easily made it longer stay. Jenn was easy to communicate with, and I would definitely consider staying there again.
