The house is more beautiful than in the photos and very well distributed, an easily accessible place and for those who enjoy dinner outside, there are all the restaurants in the mountain range a 7 minute drive. Mauricio is a rated 10 host, extremely polite, responds very quickly and was super flexible at check-in and check-out. The sad part is to come away, my little boy wanted to live there, rs. We will definitely return.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the farm, the first I went in the winter and took a cold period out of normal, I promised to return in the summer, and this time everything was even more wonderful, the farm is perfect, there is everything and a little, Dona Jacira leaves everything an earring, when you arrive you already feel a clean smell, all tidy, it is impeccable. We went into 3 families and enjoyed many, wonderful pool, quiet environment, we took our pets and stayed in peace, as the place is all closed. It was perfect days, my friends loved it, we already want to arrange a new stay. The Chácara is wonderful, very comfortable, a place of peace and quiet. Monique is a blessed being and a lot of light, an immense kindness, this is the fifth time I rent the farm, my family loves, very good, I recommend too much.

It is difficult to put in words the compilation of good experiences in Renata and Marcelo's home. At first, they were hyper friendly with the information about the property, even before the check in. About the check in, Marcelo welcomed us with love, with a wonderful welcome coffee! About the property: EVERYTHING IMPECCABLE. Imovel hyper comfortable, all very well equipped, and extremely clean and organized. The exuberant outdoor area. Excellent pool with lukewarm water, as it gets sun all day, and an excellent leisure area, with beautiful views of the backyard. In short, this couple Renata and Marcelo deserve congratulations on their great affection they have provided for our family. Thank you For everything and we apologize for something. Wonderful weekend, beautiful place, perfect for resting. The photos are beautiful, but in person it's even better! We were in 15 people, pets and children and everything was perfect! 100% recommended!!!

Guilherme's estate served my group of friends perfectly. The swimming pool, barbecue and beach tenis court made our holiday very fruitful. All the pictures faithfully illustrate what the house looks like and its features. Guilherme was very attentive and helpful before and during our stay. Nice and beautiful place with a game table and plenty of space. Great rooms and enough bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and barbecue and wood oven. To improve, you can leave bed items there (you must carry a blanket, pillow, etc.) The swimming pool has solar heating but it does not work. Domingo was a full day of strong sun, but the water coming out of ice... the swimming pool did not bother to come to see what the problem would be.

The house has an amazing external structure. The place is gorgeous, with a lot of nature, superlimpo. The items are quality and work very well. Two wonderful outdoor areas for meal. The inner part is also very good, all in great condition (induction stove, refrigerator, great TV with streaming, very good dishes, internet show). Only showers that are pressure-free :( One of the rooms has no air conditioning and is small - it was already informed in the announcement (in the heat it is very hot at the time I went - February) and had to sleep in the room where there is air. Host Ana is impeccable, very attentive, kind, responds quickly, gives tips, is very friendly. The co-host sleeps in a separate house but inside the property. We found this a bit strange, we were uncomfortable at first but he would arrive late and leave early (it didn't get in the way). Overall, the stay was very good. Great place to go with children, has super-equipped toy library, volleyball court, swimming pool.

We love this place very much, I will leave the positives: 1 - Very spacious house, large rooms, very comfortable mattresses, working fans and 1 air-conditioning in the master bedroom. 3 suites. The kitchen has everything necessary to spend long stays. 2- Supermarket next to the space and it is quite complete. Bakery, butcher shop, garden and there's even a coffee... That is, if you want to travel with nothing and leave to buy everything there, it works really well. 3- In the front has a place to buy cold drinks, close to restaurants as well.. Ifood works super well and 4 minutes (by car) from the guararema viewpoint, great for going with children, has a beautiful view and water fountains for bathing and refreshing. 4 - Easy mega access, next to the entrance of Guararema, does not take any dirt roads and is soon on the highway. 5- Wonderful outdoor area, hot pool and warm at night (we got 32 degrees of heat). Full barbecue. 6- For pets, safe place and all walled. Everything is perfect

The house is beautiful and with plenty of space as announced. Ângela is a wonderful and very attentive person. It was the best birthday I've ever had. I will definitely rent the house more often in the future.
