We felt immediately at home. The house was perfect for our family to get together. Paul very kindly put up a baby gate and fireplace guard and this made it a lot more relaxing with our one year old. Great location with dog friendly pubs serving great food (including GF) a nice play area and pottery painting in a cafe just a 5 min drive away in Ribchester. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you!

One of the best we’ve stayed at. Beautiful cottage in lovely surroundings. Rachel was flexible with our check in after we’d miscalculated our travel and arrival time. Plenty of parking and grounds are lovely, will have to come back in the better weather to make more of the outside space and country walks. The cottage was just perfect and felt at home from the minute we walked in. Lovely welcome treats in the fridge. Everything was spotless clean, there was everything we could need. The rooms are well thought out, plenty of space and such lovely touches for our New Year break to end our Christmas celebrations - lovely festive bedding, decorations etc. Great instructions for all utilities, and local information to make the most of our stay. The weather wasn’t the best but there was still plenty to do and see. Even managed to easily get Ubers to and from Clitheroe so we could enjoy a few drinks. Lovely walk to the Shireburn Arms, past the magnificent college. Highly recommend

Had a lovely weekend break here. Nice, compact apartment with great views, ideal for a base to explore Manchester. Efe was very responsive with instructions and replies fom the minute we booked and arrived, til the minute we left. Would stay again definitely.

A gorgeous little Lodge at the edge of the forest, which had stunning views on a foggy morning. The hot tub was huge with plenty of space and super hot and bubbling. The interior was unbelievable and warmly lit on arrival. Simple and clear instructions finding the Lodge, easy entry with the lock box. Loved the modern kitchen with everything you need. We decided to order an indian takeaway which arrived in like 10 minutes which we couldn't believe how quick it was. Sauna was a lovely addition in the bedroom, however did find that overall it was super hot in the lodge haha. As the Esse stove is on, the sauna and heated floor, this was amazing coming in from the cold but got a little warm on the nighttime (but that's mainly because we are both super hot sleepers haha, so this would be great if you run cold and you could turn off if necessary). The little hamper was a lovely personal touch and we loved it here! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for a gorgeous stay!xx

Really enjoyed the stay. Nice spacious living area with big tv, perfect for what we wanted. Also the roulette table was a lovely bonus.

Cosy cottage with everything we needed for our overnight family stay. Short walk to Hebden Bridge.

Lovely place, just as described. We went for my wife's birthday and Lisa had put decorations up and chocolates on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Got snowed in at first and Lisa offered to go and get essentials for us if needed. The snow made it even more special, especially with the log fire. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you need. Would love to go back in summer and use the balcony, with gorgeous views. We took our dog with us, there are lovely walks on the doorstep and a garden for guests use. We had dinner at a country pub nearby, The Shooters Arms, which was really nice, also log fire in the pub. Overall great stay, the place is beautiful, hosts really helpful and friendly and can't wait to go back.

Olu's place was spacious, quiet and lovely. Everything worked as expected and didn't have any issues.
