We stayed at Mollie's over Christmas and New Year and had a great time. The house is beautifully set out with stylish art and unique furniture. For us the stand out room was the kitchen (where we spent a lot of time as a family) - it's spacious, warm and opens out onto a lovely little back yard. It was great for Christmas and new year celebrations. Mollie also made the effort to put up a lovely Christmas tree and decorations to make us feel very festive. The whole house is well appointed with everything you need and the bathroom is lovely as well with a great shower and deep traditional bath. The local area is very nice with a supermarket just a few minutes walk as well as local grocers, coffee shops and restaurants too. We also enjoyed some of the excellent pubs really close by within a few minutes walk of the house. There are also parks nearby for dog walks and the city centre is walkable too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Mollie!

Bradford-on-Avon is a lovely town to stay in and to explore, and is also a great location to stay to access Bath. This house is so close to the British Rail station that we were able to use the train as a 10 minute shuffle service and avoid the hassle of Bath traffic and car parking.

Really comfortable house at a great price. Lovely and warm despite the weather being freezing! Everything you could need for a holiday, including a cute little outdoor sitting area. Walkable distance to Frome town centre, also pubs, chippy, supermarkets within walking distance. Good communication from the hosts. We would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cottage was clean and was perfect if you had a dog as it had its own garden and dog gate. Caroline communicated well and the small touches of milk and biscuits were appreciated 😊 The only downside was the walls were a little thin but it didn't bother us.

Lovely house in a great location. Easy to walk to millenium square for the museum and aquarium even with 2 kids in tow. Nice little pub just round the corner and easy access to asda for a food shop. House was clean and tidy, nice sized bedrooms and lounge area perfect for us (6 adults and 2 children). Nice kitchen and modern appliances. Clean bathrooms and nice to have one upstairs and downstairs. Host was very responsive when we had a few questions and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely use again for another bristol trip.

Louise’s house is lovely. Lots of space for seven of us to have a memorable family Christmas. Big kitchen and lots of space to chill out in the living room with games and toys for the children. Louise put up a Christmas tree for us and made the table look so festive. The dogs loved running around the big garden. I would highly recommend this house for a family holiday. I found it very easy to communicate with Louise on the app her response time was quick and she was extremely helpful.

We had an incredible stay. Ann really made us feel at home, and the house is amazing. Lots of space for a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The hot tub and pool really made our weekend extra special.

We visited last year and were so happy with the stay that we looked for availability for the New Year period. It is a lovely cottage with the advantage of more car parking space than other areas on the estate and in a quieter section. Everything required is present and it was another lovely stay with the family and dogs

Lovely property, met our needs well for a large family get together with young children. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous views. The site itself had all we needed for a great weekend and we added shooting and archery at Cotswold Range next door which was within walking distance and fab afternoon. The spa on site was lovely and the outdoor pool fresh! The kids loved the indoor pool. The on site restaurant was great for our first night there. All in all fabulous.

We had a lovely stay at Tamsin's place. Tamsin was really welcoming and showed us around. The place is cosy, clean and spacious. Great location as you can walk from the door to the Tor. We would definitely stay again. Also loved Pepper the dog!

Victoria's place was wonderful! Our family stayed for the weekend and it was very comfortable with plenty of space. the facilities onsite are great, and visiting with your family you won't get bored. Victoria was very responsive, and provided complimentary gifts for my Mums 50th. I recommend this place highly!

We stayed at the Riverhouse for a lovely birthday weekend. The cottage is lovely, and located in a very discreet hamlet. Placed 20 minutes walk from the village of Freshford, and from Iford Manor, there is plenty of walks available. You can get a short train into Bath from Freshford Station as well - so ideally located for a day trip. I must state though, that after sunset, the area is pitch black - but Penny provided torches in the cottage, and did mention this ahead of booking. A fun adventure for myself and partner who normally live in the city. Penny provided all the necessary things, teabags, milk, coffee. The cottage also has a dish washer and washing machine - very handy after some walks. My only note to potential bookers is check ahead about the hot tubs availability. There are two cottages, and the first booker gets first dibs on the hot tub. Totally fair, and again, discussed ahead of booking with Penny - so not a disappointment at all for us.

Lovely little place - compact and perfectly formed ! Amanda was a brilliant host and went above and beyond to make sure my stay here with my two cockerpoos was as comfortable as possible. Little treats were left including beautiful fresh flowers. Very well equipped, clean modern kitchen. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, the bedding was of good quality as were the towels. Powerful hot shower in a lovely little bathroom added to my fabulous experience in staying at Joes place. Two lovely pubs in the village and lots of cute walks to tire out the pups ! My partner and I stayed here for 2 days in Feb. It was a great space, and very homely. milk, juice, bread and butter were left which was a lovely touch. We were given recommendations for walks which was useful. We came with our dog (6 month old) and the garden space was puppy proof! Was great to be able to let the dog outside when needed in an enclosed area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay and fab host! Very easy to check in and so close to Bristol airport which was great as we had an early flight the next morning. Would stay again!

We stayed at Tabitha’s over a weekend whilst visiting family locally. It was ideal for what we needed. The property is very clean and provides everything you’d need. The decor and furniture is a little tired but this doesn’t have any negative impact. We aren’t vegan but it wasn’t a problem for us as we weren’t in the property much at all and were very happy to use alternative milks etc.

We had a lovely 1 night stay in Woody. Jackie met us on arrival and couldn't have been more informative, helping us with how to use the appliances etc. It is a perfect place for a rest away from the city and such a cosy stay, with beautiful views. We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you.

This bijou house is ideal for a couple and their 4 legged friend to spend some time visiting this lovely area. There are great walks right from the doorstep and it is within easy reach of Bradford on Avon and Bath. Two excellent pubs and a handy local shop are nearby. The property is cosy, warm and comfortable. Little extras like milk, coffee, tea and cereal are provided, and for us plenty of decent toilet paper, sharp kitchen knives, shampoo and shower gel are very much appreciated. Excellent internet and smart tv are included in the package along with decent linen and a comfortable low bed. All in all we would highly recommended this house.
