Bradenton Beach beach vacation rentals

We had a great stay. The home was spotless, quiet and well stocked. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house but was nice to come home to a quiet place after full days of fun. It was a perfect location for where we wanted to explore. The nearby beaches had lots of shells if you like shell seeking and a popular place for finding shark teeth.

Very beautiful looking out on the water . East to find ! Comfortable. Host communicated and was very clear with instructions.

Gretchen is a great host, and her house is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at, and it felt like home. Gretchen put so much heart and thought into the home's decor, which has a very cute beachy feel. Gretchen House also has all the amenities you need for the ultimate beach day to the most peaceful beach day. The AC runs cold, which is nice. The internet is fast, 500 megabits. Telecommuting was effortless and comfortable. The beach is a 7-minute walk from the house. We found ourselves walking back and forth frequently throughout the days. Restaurants are close and within walking distance. Amazon deliveries and grocery deliveries via Walmart + were available, and Uber Eats delivers for a small fee to none. Over all we were able to relax and enjoy our time without having to drive places. Gretchen! This place was cute, clean, and a great location close to everything. They even provided beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels. There wasn’t a single item they didn’t think of. We had everything we needed.

I mentioned the no A/C in the game room. Initially we booked this place based on the game room and sizes of beds. It was too hot in the game room (first floor garage). It ended up not being a big deal because our kids just playing cards. Everything you need for the beach is there (beach cart, umbrella, chairs, etc). I wish we would have brought our own beach towels (there were towels just more like bath towels). (Side note: washer/dryer does not dry but outside dries quickly) :) Francesca’s dad is so nice and offered to move his car for boys to play basketball (and unlock the house when they left the key inside). He offered so much advice. Really sweet man!

As described and as pictured! A perfect place to stay right in the heart of the village. We also booked last minute due to another Airbnb last minute cancellation and Scott sent the info right away!

Absolutely amazing stay! Our host was super responsive, flexible with check in time, and made us feel extremely welcome during our stay. It’s great location easy to get to downtown. There was plenty of space, all the beds were comfortable and they provided us with all the essentials (coffee, filters, shampoo/ body wash/ conditioner, snacks, seasonings, etc). I HIGHLY recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was very clean, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The beds were super comfortable, and the house itself was in excellent shape. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at times, but we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The other comments were accurate in mentioning the pool table—some of the sticks were broken, and there was a tear in the table lining, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. For the price, this place was a great value, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly spot!

We’ve stayed here the last few vacations and as always, the place never disappoints. Great location with all beach amenities you could possibly need. We unfortunately needed to evacuate from Hurricane Helene and John was gracious and concerned for our safety. The town of Redington is a family and we’re praying for their safety and quick turn around to their paradise again.

We had a great trip. The location was perfect with a nice view of the intercostal channel and an easy 5 min walk to the beach access. Quiet and peaceful for this time of the year and just what we were looking for. The apartment was big enough for the 4 of us, comfortable bedrooms and spacious living room. Our host was friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. We would certainly like to return and rent back from her. 10 and of 10

She was amazing and friendly and it was nice to actually meet the owner instead of just getting a code !! Her and hubby are such sweet people and love there doggie as well !! Recommend these lovely people 100 !! Made us feel like we was home and u can’t hardly get that anymore

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!

It’s very comfortable, very clean and organized. Really enjoy my stay, there are lots of places around where you can have fun.
