We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. Our warmest recommendations.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

The perfect place near Rome.

Wow, what a place. Claudia's house is like a little oasis of calm with breathtaking views over Rome. We stayed with our friends with 4 little children amongst us and it couldn't have been better, the children loved playing in the ample garden and spent ages down in the little play area. The communal spaces outside were really lovely, it was just a shame the weather didn't allow us to use them as much as we would have liked! Inside, the house is spacious and great for multi-family living. Grazie mille Claudia, for allowing us to share your little piece of paradise.

Excellent stay at Rosanna's, very good welcome upon arrival; the accommodation is impeccably clean, and it feels right at home. The place is quiet and quiet, it's imperative to have a car to get around. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have wide storage. All the equipment available makes the stay fluid and comfortable. To go to Rome, the best way is the train that arrives at Plaza del Popolo, the train station parking is only1.50 euros for the day, and the transport ticket is very cheap. It's quite convenient even if it takes about 25 to 30 minutes to get to the train station, then it's quick to be in the center of Rome, and undoubtedly quieter than to risk yourself by car in the city!! Good restaurants nearby, and supermarket 10 minutes drive. I recommend this stay!

Just WOW! Marco is totally friendly. He welcomed us personally and recommended many things to us. The villa is super nice. Very clean. Ideal for families with kids. Since we were traveling with children, we took the car to drive to Rome. Depending on the traffic situation, you need approx. 30-40 minutes to the center, no problem for us. Private parking is also available. What can I say?! Simply GREAT! We will definitely come back. Thanks Marco

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Absolutely amazing view from the pool area, couldn’t be better. Beautiful garden with very nice surroundings and terraces. We highly appreciated our stay in Nicolas villa and recommend it!

It’s a beautiful spacious villa that feels very safe and secure. It’s a great spot for proximity to the Vatican however, it’s further from the centre of Rome and to other attractions than we had first thought. Meaning we spent a fair amount on Uber’s during our trip, I’m sure there are buses nearby as another option. The host was very responsive on check-in and check out and when there was an issue with the boiler meaning we had no showers for an evening it was fixed swiftly. The only real frustration we had was the additional charge of €160 to heat the pool for 2 nights, as even after agreeing to spend the money it was never warm enough to swim comfortably which was the main reason we selected this villa for the kids to be able to swim. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and loved our city break in Rome. Yours truly the Lewis’s.

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We had a great time!

The Villa was really big & comfortable. Maurizio answered every communication within minutes. He was flexible with changes in arrangements and was always friendly and patient. We were a family group and found it easy to get into central Rome with underground trains every 5 minutes. Only 6 stops, took about 12 minutes. Thanks Maurizio for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our Christmas and New Year week at this place. We were a company of 4 adults and 4 children and the villa fully matched our expectations. The layout of the house is really comfortable and provides enough space for privacy and at the same time for spending time together, like the room with the fireplace. The territory is green and has everything to relax: swimming-pool, table tennis, places for playing with the ball and BBQ. It is also within a short drive from Rome historical center- Piazza Cavour, which has a convenient underground parking from where it is possible to explore Rome. Flavia and Giuseppe are always in touch if needed and the communication is easy.

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

The villa is perfect and well located, in the countryside but not isolated. Three spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen creates perfect harmony in the villa. The space outside is spacious and well furnished. The well-maintained garden and swimming pool is fantastic. The two weeks we spent at the villa were amazing. The villa is 3 minutes by car from the village or 15 minutes by foot. Nicola and Veronica are super hosts and I highly recommend the villa. we'll definitely be back in the promised year.
