The place was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect to get to everything we needed and wanted to do. We were able to check in a little bit early, which was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend at Kimberly’s beautiful home! The waterfront location was amazing with spectacular views from the whole first floor, second floor master bedroom and third floor gym! The house was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and was spotless. We loved the hot-tub (and little basket of towels and wine glasses for use in the hot-tub) and the fireplace in both living room and bedroom. Perfect and cozy for our chilly January weekend. The welcome snacks and drinks - as well as birthday beer left for my husband - was so thoughtful and such a nice touch. We loved being able to walk to several great restaurants, bakeries and the town boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home!!

We absolutely loved this place. It was exactly as described and located in a great neighborhood with plenty to do! The library is to die for!

Wonderful stay! Adorable home in Old Town Alexandria-we stayed the week between Christmas and New Years-family if 5 with 2 teens and a preteen, and the house was PERFECT for our family. Great location to DC, without the traffic if DC to come back to every day.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

Narcia’s place was exactly what we were looking for, for a weekend get away. Narcisa was quick to respond when I had any questions. It was very clean and felt homie. There was wine and some muffins for my friends and I when we got there. I would come back and stay again.

David was a very accommodating host and made our stay very comfortable. We needed somewhere local to Falls Church for two nights while we moved homes. The place is quaint and as described and easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids. It’s also a very quiet neighborhood and we had a great sleep as a result. Highly recommend this place!

The place is very nice, we really liked it. There is no dining table but the open living room and kitchen is roomy, with a comfortable area to watch Netflix. Beds were comfortable as well. The only things to be aware of are the stairs are rather steep - not a problem for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues - and there is some traffic noise easily heard in the bedrooms. But it was easy to find parking spots and great to walk right across the street for drinks and pizza, and down the street for good Thai food. Loved our get together at Dawn's!

It's a much better accommodation than what you see in the photos- I don't regret staying for a long time-

We were in town for the Presidential inauguration. The location was great! Close, walkable access to the Metro and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood! We loved the layout of the property. Thad was always very responsive and provided helpful directions and information about DC. I will definitely see if Thad’s place is available the next time I travel to DC. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. John was responsive and the place was very clean and comfortable to stay at for the week.

Stayed at Tracy’s place for 3 weeks. It’s in a great location and very cozy! And easy to get around in the city as there is a metro stop nearby. Highly recommend!

Hudson’s place exceeded our expectations. Quick two day trip to DC with family who’ve never been. Easy to find. On street parking pass. The apartment was well appointed. Everyone had their own space. Easy walk to delicious and diverse dining options. The walk to the metro was 10-15 minutes. Hudson was an excellent host. We plan on returning!

We will definitely be back. This was a great location to be able to walk everywhere. Terry was incredibly communicative during a snow storm and we felt safe within the property, both inside and outside. The overall accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

This was a perfect location to walk to museums, monuments, capital and restaurants. Quiet cute neighborhood. Jill is very responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay and will keep it on our list for next time

Laura is a supreme hostess and this is a top notch AirB&B that I highly recomend to anyone visiting Frederick. I lived in the city of Frederick for about eight years. A lot of the homes are over 100 years old. This AirB&B is the best renovation that I have seen. It feels modern, fresh, and cozy. This AirB&B could easily accommodate four people and felt expansive for my girlfriend and I. There is plenty of room to spread out. Pho52 around the corner has amazing, authentic Vietnamese food. Keep in mind that the water in the city is heavily treated with chlorine and other chemicals. I suggest bringing a water filter or your own supply. It's fine for showering and brushing teeth but not so great for drinking or cooking. You will love this AirB&B, guaranteed!

Beautiful condo with everything that you need for a family weekend. Very well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Location was ideal in all neighbors were quiet. Would love to stay again!!

This place was great!! The neighborhood is just the right amount of busy with plenty of shopping and restaurants…the apartment is fabulous! Super clean and prettily furnished. Mark was very responsive.. we will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area and I HIGHLY recommend it!!

This is a great cozy spot for up to 3 guests. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots & pans, etc needed to cook & serve meals. The unit is quiet, private and secure. It’s in a nice walkable neighborhood. Rideshares are plentiful, with no more than a 5 min wait at any time. I highly recommend staying here and will do so myself at a later date!

These hosts were so nice and welcoming. Answered every single question I had and even allowed me an earlier check in time due to my flight getting in earlier than scheduled. I can’t wait to stay here again.
