Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bournemouth

This house offers everything a family could wish for. It feels very homely from the moment you step through the door. We stayed over Christmas and Clare had the log burner set ready to light with basket of logs and clear instructions. The open plan kitchen diner opens to an immaculate garden and even had feeders for the birds. Most of all Clare dressed a Christmas tree and left suprises for the children. We were close to the harbour and park and within walking distance to the Lighthouse theatre where we saw Sleeping Beauty on Boxing day. A truly memorable Christmas. Thankyou Clare.

Aimee and Paul's house was lovely and in a perfect location. It was spacious and had lots of good extras to make the stay more comfortable. Aimee and Paul were very responsive to any queries. The hot tub was an added bonus and very relaxing. We would recommend, and hope to stay again in the future.

Had a fantastic stay at Anna’s house which is beautiful and a perfect spot for a family holiday. Our 2 year old boy was over the moon when he saw all the toy cars to play with and my 5 year old girl loved the house so much she wanted to stay forever. Great location close to Sobo beach and lots of great recommendations for local restaurants/ takeaways. The outdoor shower was perfect for filling up the paddling pool in the afternoon. Absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking to stay again next year!

Laura’s home is a beautifully designed and decorated home which makes you feel comfortable and peaceful straight away. We loved the minimalist design and amazing subtle styling of the house and garden. Laura was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed a wonderful stay with long days at Mudeford beach and surrounds x

Celia’s home was bright and comfortable with lots of lovely touches. Lots of toys and books to keep everyone entertained and a smart outside space for relaxing and running off any excess energy before bedtime! Would love to stay again, x

We had a wonderful family stay at Matt’s house. The surroundings are beautiful, house was really clean and very comfortable. Kitchen really well equipped. Comfy beds. Lovely having the pool table, hot tub and games room as entertainment. Check in was super easy. The only challenge we found was not being able to let our dogs loose in the garden due to horses at the end so we needed to escort them for a wee each time, but not too much of an issue. Overall amazing stay and would go back.

2nd stay at this property, the guests are very happy staying here whilst working away.

Vicki was an awesome host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. She left us a lovely basket of goodies which went down like a treat. The kids toy room was a huge bonus for us as we had little ones. They enjoyed it as well as the outside grass space. Spacious and exactly like advertised. Thanks Vicki (and Carolina). Great place. We have already booked it for the 2025 time in Poole near family. It would be great if the internet connection was improved. We had to restart the router a number of times to watch Christmas films after supper! But it was a great space to be in.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for a few days when visiting family nearby. It was perfect for our purpose and we found Elizabeth very friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the trampoline!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Central location and the parking space is a real bonus. The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. Jillian was very quick to respond to any questions.

This is a great find, the location is perfect with Bournemouth beach or city centre easily walkable but also buses to other beaches that stop virtually outside. Surrounded by good restaurants.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the beautiful apartment. Amazing sea views. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Clare was flexible when arrangements for check out / in were discussed although in the end it wasnt required. Easy check in, easy to find, quiet but still close to everything. I was worried that there wouldn't be enough to do as it was between Xmas and New Year but we filled our days with lovely walks to town, crabbing, the archades, a walk down the pier. The blue Pool which is a great place to go with the children. Corfe Castle was fab as well. The flat was a great base for us, perfect for the children too with the bonus of parking. I can imagine there is so much more to do in the summer months so looking forwards to revisiting soon. We also went for drinks in the Grand Hotel situated almost opposite which has some stunning views. We had hoped to get some food delivered for my husbands birthday but we couldn't find anywhere that delivered so I ended up cooking which was made easy with everything I needed to utilise the kitchen including tea coffee sugar sauces as an added bonus.

Exactly as described. We know the area well due to having our friends live here. So we picked this apartment to be near our friend’s house. It was lovely and clean and cosy! Good communication from the owner! Will definitely stay again.

The place is centrally located as it is quite close to the town center. It is a great apartment and in pristine condition. The hosts are quite lovely and responsive.

The apartment is perfect, great space, light and airy. Lovely for a communal get together. Samantha was extremely helpful in planning our trip with great suggestions for local places to eat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The flat was clean, tidy, spacious, comfy, had everything you'd need and more. Right by the beach and local shops, pubs, restaurants. Very responsive host and clear instructions etc. Beautiful place in a convenient location, we had a fab time and would definitely recommend and stay again 😀

The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the local attractions and amenities we were interested in. And a special shout-out to the friendly hosts!
