3-night stay for 12 people for the new year. The space has been a great fit for expectations. Fully equipped as at home and located in a peaceful place, close to the center of Sucé-sur-Erdre (5min drive). The activities present (billiards, foosball, tennis court and pétanque) were a significant plus that allowed us to have a great New Year's Eve. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very comfortable and welcoming accommodation, well cared for. The castle of the Dukes of Brittany is a 25-minute drive away. Le Puy du Fou is 50 minutes -1h.

We had a great time with the family at Emeline's place. The house is very pleasant to live in, the decoration is neat up to the details. The floor-to-ceiling windows give a lot of light and allow you to see the river and the birds! I'm already thinking about coming back for a weekend.

Our stay at Maxime's went very well. It was possible for us to take possession of the listing before the time indicated on the house rules, which is always nice. The apartment perfectly matches its description: clean, tidy, pleasant to live in, very quiet. We were able to leave our vehicle on site and only circulate by bike, the apartment being only 10" from the center of Nantes, passing through the beautiful walk of the Val de Chezine and the beautiful Parc de Procé, with in addition bike paths accessible most of the time. We warmly recommend, Maxime who is a friendly and very welcoming host.

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, warm, quiet. The main thing is in the kitchen. The equipment is of high quality. Antoine is very responsive to the requests I've been able to make. I recommend without worries.

Our weekend at the cottage went very well. The environment in the marshes allows a real moment of calm. The proximity to animals (donkeys, sheep) and other wild animals (amphibians, birds) is very pleasant. Finally, the accommodation is very functional for two and lacks nothing. This former stable has been tastefully renovated. We felt very nice there, especially with the small fireplace that was waiting for us. The environment is beautiful and very quiet. Noted a beautiful sunrise over the marshes with birdsong. And finally, very good hospitality from our host Edith. In short, everything was perfect. We would have stayed longer!

Amazing stay at Bruno's place. We leave from the refreshed cottage and we will be back, for sure! Surrounded by animals and greenery, the park is very well maintained. The low class is on the rendezvous to ask for some bread, it's another world. There is everything to feel good, the bedding is comfortable and clean and the water pressure is good, everything is functional. The environment is quiet and beautiful. It's spacious, there is room for 4 people, the furniture is quality. Bruno had left us a little attention when we arrived and was always available and responsive when we contacted him. The value, price is excellent. See you soon:)
