Vacation rentals with breakfast in Boston

We booked the Bull Pen because it was recommended by my cousin. We needed to be clpse to Helpston and this was perfect. Our party of five included 2 elderly relatives . The downstaira bwdroom and bathroom made their stay so comfortable. The hoise is bright and airy. There is so much space inside too. We really enjoyed the welcome pack. The home made bread was just ehat wee needed. We were fortunate to have sunny weather (in february). So we sat.out in the garden and enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. This home ia really close to the local shop. The Bluebill Inn is five minutes away by car and they serve really tasty food. We also took a stroll round Stamford which is a short car journey away and is well wort lh a visit. Thank you Tracey for yoir helpul instructions to help find the house. All the guidance on the facilities inside the house was really good. And thank you so much for taking time to visit is and welcome us personally.

Superb AirBNB. Very clean, uncluttered, thoughtfully decorated and extremely spacious. A great base for my 3 day work stint. Thoughtful and generous catering provision. On it with the parking arrangements. A host who takes real care but allows guests to come and go as they please.

I had another fantastic stay with the fabulous Karen. She is such a wonderful host, she always makes me feel so welcome and at home. Her house is spotlessly clean and comfortable, she really cares about her guests having a great stay and is the perfect balance of being there for you and giving you space.

Nice and clean, easy to find and parking available

As a group of 8 (mature) friends, we had a fabulous stay. The cottage was clean, well equipped and very comfortable and we loved the little touches added by the host (eg milk in fridge, etc). It was absolutely as described and the only oddity was that the kitchen tap provided merely the tiniest trickle of hot water. We simply took the washing up bowl to the beautiful downstairs shower-room to meet our occasional need for, and was not much of an issue for us, due to the dishwasher. We also loved the open fire with the wood and kindling etc supplied, but you may need to contact the host or bring your own if you plan on cosying up for more than one night’s worth of log-burn. The above are very minor observations and I would consider the advertised listing an entirely fair representation of this property.

Clean and comfortable with a few breakfast items included. Clear and easy directions and good information inside the property. Very handy for the town centre and the secure parking is a bonus.

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

Lesley was a very welcoming host. She has a great personality. The bed was very comfortable and my sleep quality was great . The room was a good temperature. The bathroom was clean with a wide range of toiletries to choose from. The shower was powerful and hot. Overall I enjoyed my short stay here. I would highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Miranda's home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The house was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. Miranda is an exceptional host, always available to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect quiet yet convenient to local attractions.and I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding close by. Lovely hosts, excellent accommodation in a converted barn, modern with character, spotless bathroom, lovely bedroom with all the amenities, sofa, super comfy bed and absolutely amazing air con! Private parking to top it off and a great breakfast selection.

We will stay with Sue anytime. Poppy the cat kept us company all day, mark of a great host.

as this is always a solo visit, I look for somewhere that feels safe, comfortable and easy access to A17 this is ideal. so cosy and warm even in the depths of winter.

This property has to be one of the best that I have stayed at. Fabulous decor and wonderful attentive host and hostess. The breakfast choices were great and I particularly loved the gluten free brownies that Christine cooked they were delicious. John the host even gave me a lift to the station. Stay here you won’t be sorry.
