Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Boston

Our daughter and our adorable grandkids live in Belmont. We usually stay with them but they had a basement flood and the room we usually use was being repaired. So we looked for someplace close and found Robin’s delightful apartment. Though we chose it for proximity, we couldn’t have been more pleased. It is lovely, quiet, comfortable and trulyfeels like a home, not a rental. We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, but never before have we found a pantry and refrigerator so well stocked! Robin has obviously put a lot of time, thought and heart into making the apartment a warm and welcoming place to stay. Thank you again, Robin and Jon, for sharing your special home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. We found clear instructions for everything all over the house which we really appreciated. Thomas was nice and responsive. The location is walkable with plenty of restaurants and a nice lake nearby.

The house is beautiful and comfortable, with 20 minutes walking to Harvard campus. Caroline is really nice, and she will prepare breakfast for you. And there's also a cute dog in her house too. Totally enjoyable time these days in her house. Definitely recommend.

Raj and Julia were very welcoming hosts and I had wonderful two weeks stay here. The home is sweet , warm and beautiful. The bedroom is comfortable. Even the kitchen and bathroom are full of sunshine. The house is a very good place to stay in Boston. I had a very good experience here. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay in Brookline! Grace was an amazing host, and her historic home was the perfect base for our Boston adventure. The location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful, safe neighborhood within walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants and the public transit.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, charming house, bright and comfortable room. Deborah is a warm and friendly host, she made me feel right at home. The room is very nice, with lots of interesting books and all the amenities I needed. Deborah provided info on things to do around Boston and I found a great book on hikes in the area on her shelves. Bathroom is super clean, Deborah shared breakfast and space in her bright kitchen, as well. Would definitely stay again!

Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

Not fancy, but a convenient location close to Logan for early morning flights. Clean, comfortable, great host. On street parking available.

Rosanne and I immediately hit it off. She has an adorable rescue dog. The home is stunning it reminded me of grand old homes I’ve stayed at that were professionally run bed and breakfast inns. The home is in an historic district. The neighborhood is charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I really appreciated having a tub for soaking after my trail runs. I had access to all of the house and was able to do laundry. Despite having a bad neck injury and a dog who’d recently had leg surgery, Rosanne went out of her way to accommodate me. I felt so at home. I already know this area since I used to have a boyfriend in a nearby town. Dedham Square has lots of restaurants and a great old movie theater. The home is also near Legacy Place shopping center, which has the best Whole Foods anywhere. Being vegan, I’ve been to many during my business travels. I look forward to staying with Rosanne again soon.

Stayed at Christie’s for a night and it was absolutely perfect! If you’re looking for a place to stay I highly recommend booking here! Not only was the place super clean and comfy but Christie was also very kind and welcoming, felt right at home.

I really enjoyed my stay with Kate. She was warm, welcoming, and reliable. She is genuinely interested in people and our conversations were wide ranging, from gardening to art to history. I can't wait to return. Kate will always be my first choice of host in the Boston area.

i had an incredible experience staying at Myra’s airbnb. the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Myra was extremely responsive and made sure i had everything i needed during my stay. the location was perfect, and all the little touches in the home made it feel special. i highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again in the future.

Very timely response once I booked. Someone was waiting outside at night and helped my daughter and I bring in our bags and gave us a tour and let us know some very helpful travel hints to Salem. Would recommend.

Natalie's home is a great option for a visit to Boston! The room was comfortable and private while the shared spaces were welcoming and well maintained. Our days were quite full so we didn't spend much time there to enjoy all that Natalie has to offer her guests, but it was perfect for a restful sleep and leisurely morning. Natalie was so hospitable and kindly accommodated our west coast flight schedule with a late check out. She was a most gracious host! Thank you for a lovely stay, Natalie!

Judi pays a lot of attention to detail and making the guests feel comfortable... I thought "this is very cozy" and checked other reviews to find everyone was saying the same

Jodi was a great host, we felt right at home from the second we walked in. Her home was so clean and beautiful. She had everything we could have needed and made an amazing breakfast in the morning, that we enjoyed outside by the fire. We will be staying with her again such a beautiful town.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

Perfect location for a very short trip to Salem. Extremely walkable to Essex Street and Witch City Mall. The space itself was pristine and beautiful. Tons of natural light to wake up to, and the tub served for an amazing soak. Highly recommend staying at any of the Silsbee or Daniel's House properties.

Rob and Pablo were so welcoming, very friendly and accommodating. They warmly offered to share their home and at the same time, respected my privacy and schedule. I was impressed by the clean, comfortable room, bathroom and living area. Parking was conveniently available in front of the house as well. The location was great as I had easy access to Boston, Scituate and Cape Cod.

Overall this was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location, close to restaurants and other needed services. When I come back to this area I would like to stay here again. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming home. Also, even though I did not use it this time, convenient quick rail transportation into downtown Boston is located a 5 minute or less walk from the b an b.

Flavia’s place was a great value for the location. The bed was very comfortable, the place was clean, and Flavia was kind and responsive to all our questions.
