Daniel offered a beautiful space for our family to relax, soak up the sun, and swim with our little ones. The outdoor patio and pool and yard are fantastic! The neighborhood is central and within walking distance of a grocery store, cafe, restaurant, and convenience store. The only knock would be the kitchen - it could use an upgrade on the little things (pots & pans, utensils, plateware, etc.) Thanks and we look forward to returning to Guadalajara and will absolutely keep this spot in mind.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area, with quick access to restaurants and a mall, very close to the Glorieta Colón. A Loft equipped with kitchen, washer and dryer, a living room, dining room, balcony and the room with private bathroom, quite spacious and quite comfortable. Equipped with everything necessary for a short or long stay, depending on the needs, and as described in the photos that Alberto has posted. The building has easy access, and even has parking. It is quite safe and comfortable, I definitely recommend it for a visit to Guadalajara.

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. Very modern layout with all the amenities of a regular home. Spacious 2 BR unit, the grounds are gorgeous and tightly manicured. There's a coffee shop, restaurant and small gallery in front of the property which adds to the charm of the overall experience. You can walk to almost anywhere...anything you can think of is right at your finger tips. Something to note, coffee shops down here open around 8:30a/9a including Starbucks. Due to lack of zoning regulations there are lots of little restaurants, wine bars, shops, breweries right in the middle of residential blocks. Many don't subscribe to Google listings so you literally have to wonder in and experience for yourself. I would definitely stay here again!

Looks and is exactly as advertised on Airbnb! Lovely location and clean building that provides a lot of amenities! Extremely helpful and great communication with the host ! We needed something for the bathroom and they were quick to help us and bring it to the room! Would definitely recommend again and stay!

Gerardo was a great host, very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The location was great… close to restaurants, bars, and only a short walk to the a few outdoor produce markets to experience. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is just like the photos, in a very nice and pleasant area, very linpio and tidy, the only details are that we struggle to regulate the hot water of the showers and the blinds are very translucent and in the morning it gives sun directly on the beds.

This apartment was great for my month-long stay. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the Centro / Cathedral area but there were countless restaurants and shops within blocks - so many that I wasn't able to try them all during my time there. As a single traveler, this apartment felt safe - there was almost always security present. The apartment itself was on a quite street and stayed very cool. The only downside (if there is one) is that there isn't a ton of natural light during the days and the lights within the apartment are very bright. But all-in-all a great place to stay!

Excellent place to stay in Guadalajara. Inside the building it is completely safe and has a pool and fitness center. It has a prime location in the center of the city with many places to visit on foot. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Large house ideal for large groups a 5-minute walk from the 3 de marzo stadium, you can easily reach by transport and move to places like walking and very simple plaza homeland. I recommend it in case they go to a concert in the stadium or are in the area.

The place is very clean, at first we had a theme with the hot water, but they solved it in less than 30 minutes; very attentive and willing to have it well I would definitely stay here again
