Very beautiful property, comfortable and spacious. It has all the necessary amenities to spend a few days and feel at home, large and comfortable rooms, enough bathrooms to avoid any problems, mini splits to handle the heat; the pool area is incredible. I would definitely go back to spend a few days there

The house is beautiful, clean, and very cozy. The location is perfect and the host and her manager were super attentive, always ready to help us. Everything was well maintained, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen, we felt right at home. We would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Gerardo was a great host, very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The location was great… close to restaurants, bars, and only a short walk to the a few outdoor produce markets to experience. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, and the facilities are great. Two blocks from Chapultepec, there are many places to enjoy the night; which they have to take into account, since, on weekends there is usually noise from the bars around, we didn't bother us and we were able to sleep well. The apartment is really comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

loved staying here. It was perfect walking distance to midtown and they were extremely accommodating. When we arrived there was just a small fridge (we had a week stay and planned to cook) and when they asked if there was anything else I could use I joking said a bigger fridge… and they literally bought a larger brand-new fridge the next morning. Honestly didn’t expect that and it was insanely helpful for our stay. Cute place and kind humans for the win!

The stay at Humberto’s place was really nice. Good location with access to shopping mall, restaurants and pharmacy nearby. I would highly recommend this place if you visit Guadalajara

We had a great stay traveling with our baby for the first time! Great location, walkable to many great shops and amazing restaurants. The apartment itself is nice and well kept, and had amenities for children like a pack & play, high chair and baby bath tub. Two things to note: the bedroom doors are quite heavy and loud (our baby is a light sleeper) and also the electricity does not work unless the key to the apartment is present (so you cannot rely on charging devices while you are out and about). Overall a great stay!!

The accommodation is what you'd expect to rest, it's tidy and with plenty of space, plus the internet is fast. Gonzalo was always attentive and was quite kind in giving us schedule flexibility.

Very nice place, few people and all very quiet. Excellent place if they are looking for something without too much noise and to rest. The pool is very clean and large but it is not heated. I did not have the subject with that but if it is to take into account if they go in cold seasons, the host is very attentive at all times.

The place is really very nice and very cozy, super clean and the service from the first day was always attentive to the directions and everything you need to know when you arrive, really super recommended for any Type of visit.
