This farmstay is worth going to for the river view alone. So peaceful and beautiful. The superb homemade food and the very friendly host are a nice extra. It was a pity our Hindi and Gujarati is almost non-existent, because we could have had some great conversations about farming. No real language problem though: Savas knows English very well and is only a phone call away. Thanks a lot for hosting us!!

The house was incredibly spacious, perfect for large families (10+ people can easily stay here). The living room and all three bedrooms were very comfy and nice. Mr. and Mrs. Somnani provided amazing home-cooked meals at a decent price. Methi paratha with garlic chutney was a standout dish - quality of food was top-notch. They were amazing hosts, always polite, kind, and helpful. They live nearby and stopped by in the mornings and evenings to prepare meals and take care of us. They also helped us book a reservation to see lions in the nearby Gir Forest, which was a great experience. The location is great. Somnath is very nearby, as is Gir Forest and Diu. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities, making it a comfortable stay. We truly felt right at home thanks to the warmth and hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. Somnani.

We had a wonderful stay! This resort is conveniently located just 2.5 km from the Somnath Temple and beautifully situated on the banks of the Hiran River. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. A unique perk of staying here is being able to visit a nearby ancient temple from 1350 AD, a protected site and truly a sight for sore eyes! There's also a swimming pool on the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The historical charm and relaxing amenities make this a perfect spot for anyone visiting Somnath!
