Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Borough of Fylde

Had a wonderful stay with my family in between Christmas and New Year and loved that we could bring our dogs too. The pool table, pac man machine and hot tub were a great hit with the whole family. Close to local pubs and shops including Morrisons and a short drive to Blackpool and Lytham. A very well stocked property which included many items you don’t usually get including dish washer tablets, air fresher, washing up liquid and the welcome basket was a lovely surprise.

Lovely spacious period property which is in a great location. Close to train station and Lancaster center. Situated on a quiet street with parking and parking permit supplied by host. Contact with the host was faultless throughout our stay. I would definitely return if in the area again.

I think this was our fourth stay here. The house is exactly as described, well maintained and stocked, and Lindsay is a very responsive, friendly and helpful host. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Amazing as always, I work in the area away from home and really appreciate having a place that feels like home to come back to.

5* all round - the photos don’t do the place justice! It was so homely and cosy and has everything you need for a break away. John couldn’t have been more accommodating, very last minute we asked if we could do a farm tour and he got back to us so quickly to arrange a tour (during the festive holidays!) which was so lovely and really made our trip. Would definitely recommend!

Gave us exactly what we needed for a night in Lancaster

This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our trip - I grew up in the area and now live in Canada. We came back for a family reunion over New Year (my parents live very close by). Holly was super helpful and always responded very quickly to any queries. The house was very welcoming, clean, very well furnished and well equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds! Check in instructions were very clear and well communicated. Thank you Holly for helping make our trip very special.

Lovely house within walking distance for seafront and the town. There are lots of amenities in town. We arrived in bad weather but the house was warm and cosy. The log burner was especially welcome. House was equipped with everything we needed.

Fantastic Airbnb. Hosts very kindly let us check in 90 mins early and provided tea/coffee/milk/continental breakfast/toiletries. Ten minutes walk to nearby cafe/shop/bakery/pub/smokehouse. Glasson Dock is on the England coastal path, so great if you’re walking it as we were. If pub shut for evening meal then can eat at Stork Inn which is in nearby Condor Green (being just over a miles walk on a pedestrianised route, so safe if walking late at night). Great bird watching area.

We thought that David's place was really nice, with a touch of style and class. The property is situated in a very nice part of Lytham, and is ideally located for access to the town and all the restaurants and shops that the area has to offer. If walking along the seafront is your thing, then you've cracked it, because it's only a stone's throw away. Blackpool is easy to get to and is a quick drive up the coast. The allocated parking space is very convenient and solves any parking issues around the front. The accommodation itself is very spacious, very clean and well organised. Everything you need in the kitchen is there and there's a TV in the lounge, and both bedrooms. The bathroom is also clean and tidy. We visited in mid November, so heating was important. No problem there, it's easy to use, very efficient and heats up pretty quickly. if we were visiting the area again, we wouldn't hesitate in asking David if he has a vacancy.

A nicely appointed apartment in a quiet area, close to local amenities, ideal for a relaxing break by the lovely Morecambe bay coastline.

Honestly probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Gina was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. I stayed for 8 nights and I had everything I needed - Gina was even kind enough to leave plenty of food including fresh milk, cheese, waffles, apples, pasta, rice, breakfast items and cookies! The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotless. Fresh towels and bedding were provided. There were even toiletries available to use including sanitary pads, toothbrush, toothpaste, hand cream and plenty more! There is a smart TV with logged in accounts and the underfloor heating is a massive bonus. The location is great with a short walk to the town centre and free road parking. I enjoyed my stay so much and would definitely come back to stay again.

The apartment was lovely. It was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Lovely views out over the bay. I would highly recommend.

Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

I stayed here for 1 night as I was working in the area. What’s important to me is peace and quiet, secure location, which Brenda’s place had, with the bonus of a lovely shower. If I’m in the area again I would definitely stay

Ray and Sue were brilliant hosts, very helpful when checking in and lots of helpful information in the property. The property was very clean and tidy. We were in the area for a wedding so didn’t get to explore much of the local area but would stay here again to go exploring.

Great value for a stay for 9 people! Extremely clean and well presented. Lovely kitchen and dining area, as well as living room. Plenty of amenities should you need them. Very happy 😊
