A lovely property, home from home and the host was so informative and answered any questions I had. The location was perfect for our needs and very quiet. The welcome hamper was really nice and attention to detail in all areas was very evident with nice touch’s and fragrances made the home feel clean and comfortable. Pool table and games consoles make it a stand out location for all ages to enjoy when in the house. Heating was great though the house as we had some very cold days on our stay. Hot tub and gardens well presented too and not over looked. We collectively as a family have said we will return to this property next year in the warmer months for a longer stay. Anyone reading this post then rest assured you will have a lovely stay in this property that you can relax and enjoy your time. 5 star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thankyou. Mr Anderson.

Lovely spacious period property which is in a great location. Close to train station and Lancaster center. Situated on a quiet street with parking and parking permit supplied by host. Contact with the host was faultless throughout our stay. I would definitely return if in the area again.

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our trip - I grew up in the area and now live in Canada. We came back for a family reunion over New Year (my parents live very close by). Holly was super helpful and always responded very quickly to any queries. The house was very welcoming, clean, very well furnished and well equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds! Check in instructions were very clear and well communicated. Thank you Holly for helping make our trip very special.

Very comfortable place. Easy to find and walkable to restaurants, shops and the sea front. very well equipped accommodation. In a quiet residential area. Spotlessly clean. Perfect for our weekend for 4 adults and a dog, who settled in really well immediately. Helen's communication was super, from the directions and entry instructions, to checking in that everything was ok, and providing handy recommendations

Made to feel very welcome by Erik. Accomodation is great and in a lovely quiet spot. It has everything needed for a stay over with breakfast items also included. Good location for Lancaster and exploring the coast. Will be back.

Beautiful flat in an incredible location. The flat is a real gem with great views of the castle and an even nicer flat - so nice that we spent far more time in the flat than planned. This was my 3rd stay and was excellent as always. Comfortable, clean, cozy and well stocked. It feels like home from home. John has always been flexible when my plans have changed and really quick to communicate. My go to when I visit Liverpool. Thank you so much and I will be back!

A nicely appointed apartment in a quiet area, close to local amenities, ideal for a relaxing break by the lovely Morecambe bay coastline.

We have enjoyed a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. Perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood but within easy walking distance of Lancaster centre and train station. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and kitchen well equipped. There were lots of lovely touches, such as flowers, chocolates and milk and eggs in the fridge. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Gina responded quickly to queries. We would definitely like to return when we next visit Lancaster. Highly recommended.

Hosts were very nice and really helpful. Went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely time. Room was excellent for the price and right in the centre of Blackpool. Will definitely be back! Without the kids next time haha

A very smart first floor apartment, overlooking Morecambe Bay, with views towards The Lakes ... beautiful! We liaised with Tom on our arrival in order to gain access (a little earlier than anticipated) and to help us figure out how to use the tv! Our host was very quick to respond to our queries. This was our first visit to Morecambe and it certainly won't be our last. There is a vast, stunning beach and many shops and eateries to enjoy. Whilst we visited 'out of season' some shops and facilities were closed, the resort itself was quiet and peaceful, which we also appreciated. During our stay we took a train ride to the nearby historical town of Lancaster for some site seeing and retail therapy. In short, we had a wonderful time and will DEFINITELY use this facility again! Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Lovely warm, cosy apartment in a great spot for what we needed. Tea/coffee/sugar/milk provided and a great hamper of toiletries to use in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed too. Would stay again!
