The appartment was very nice in general, no major problem. The appartment is clean and well equiped. Our daughter loved her room. The fact that we needed internet to enter the first time was not super convenient for us, but we made it work.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paola Maria's apartment in Sanremo! The location could not have been better—right on the waterfront, with an incredible sea view that made every moment feel special. The apartment was beautifully clean and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Paola Maria’s communication was excellent, as she responded to my messages within minutes, making the whole process effortless. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the housekeeping lady, who took the time to explain all the details of the apartment and offered helpful local tips—she was incredibly kind and attentive. The apartment itself was spotless, and I felt completely at home throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sanremo, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We found ourselves crazy!! In the house very clean, spacious, the furniture and kitchen are new, you will find everything you need to live as if you were at home. The fresh clean sheets, towels with a soft and fragrant sponge, impeccable, I recommend it and return for sure!!! Free parking around the corner, on foot from the sea in 5 minutes

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. They go above and beyond to make sure the place feels like a second home, from fresh fruits to fresh sheets, and a dog-bed and bowls for our dog. The beautiful and fully fenced garden where our dog could roam free was the cherry on top of the cake. Dario was absolutely wonderful in welcoming us and our dog personally as we arrived, letting us park the car inside the property, and providing recommendations for restaurants, towns and attractions nearby and being available for any questions while being absolutely discreet. Thank you for the lovely goodbye gift, we will surely be back. Absolutely deserves 5-stars if not more.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

I stayed with my son and parents for a week. We had a very good time, both for the accommodation and for the location: close to the beach with a parking space and a bike path. Recommended apartment. Giulia was very kind and helpful.

We spent a whole week at Villa Gabbiano in Bordighera. The communication in advance was great. We met on site to check in and do the handover. The lady was super nice and also gave us a few local tips. The house was handed over to us in a very clean condition. The garden is a dream. In general, the location is excellent. The old town is 3 minutes away by car. The jacuzzi was ideal for a refreshing dip in the hot weather. We made full use of the kitchen and cooked several times. The facilities are excellent. We were given a garage for our car. We had a great time at the villa. Thanks again to the hostess. It was lovely! See you soon.

Beautiful apartment, beyond our expectations, particularly suitable for a large family group. Easily accessible and placed in a very pleasant and well-stocked setting. Unique small in holdings they are a poor supply of toilet paper (only one roll) and some dust in various corners, especially on the curtains.

The apartment is conveniently located just by the sea and the beach. And within walking distance to the pedestrian center to go shopping or have a coffee.

It was the best Airbnb I have ever used. I liked the spacious balcony with a really nice sea view, and the bedroom, living room, and kitchen were spacious enough for three people. It was renovated, so all the facilities were new, and it was very clean. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, so I was able to rest well. It was about a 10-minute walk to the center of Cogoletto Town, and it was good for long walks and runs on the seaside promenade. It was also really convenient to have a supermarket on the first floor of the building, and I was able to find a spot in the alley where the building is located. Christiano communicated accurately, so self check-in was easy, and he was quick and kind to answer any questions we had. I found this place while planning a trip to Geneva, and I loved the apartment so much that I didn't go to Geneva and just stayed in Cogoletto and rested well. It's a place I would highly recommend to my friends, and I would definitely come back for my next trip to Italy!
