Great apartment, I recommend with peace of mind, I went with my wife and two small children and I had no problems, only compliments!

Very new space, very well cared for and clean, smelling rooms and bathrooms. There are bathrooms in all rooms and also in the leisure area. Unica Ressva would be for the plumbing system of the house, the vessels clogged easily and lingered in the flow of water, but nothing that would harm the stay. Very quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the highway and still has a small grocery store close to the space for cases of urgency. We love the stay! Would recommend!

We like everything very much. We were made to feel very welcome. It was very organized and clean, especially the sheets and blankets. The pool is by solar heating as described by the host. The host is super solicitous, quickly answers all questions and lives next to the guest house.

Celso was extremely accommodating and flexible. He was easy to work with and always responsive, despite the multiple questions I constantly sent him. Traveling with kids is stressful and Celso certainly made the process much easier. The house is spacious and great with the multiple bathrooms. We will certainly book this place with Celso on next year’s trip!
