The place was perfect for us. It’s close enough to everything yet located in a peaceful area. Danny was responsive to any messages and proactive with information about the house.

100% recommend! Happy House is magnificent, inviting & smells amazing! It is stocked w everything you need. Claudia is very responsive for any questions. For gamers: we had four boys (16-26yo) w 3 Xboxes & a VR headset - the wifi is excellent! Happy house has now become our new favorite for Cape Coral.

Galina & Nina were very responsive, courteous and accommodating Will definitely stay there again. We loved it !!!

Should the need arise again we would definitely stay at Angel's place.

My stay was amazing.. This was my first Air bnb and I definitely would recommend. The host was very easy going and proactive with communication. I have no complaints.

Our family of 5 had the perfect vacation. I will have to say the heated, salt water, resort style pool was fantastic! It is exactly what we were looking for. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. We were surprised by how large the pool and backyard were. Not a far drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The house had everything needed for a perfect stay. Marty was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

place was beautiful! Traveled from Canada so we were happy to have some sunny weather! the pool was awesome and so was the patio. we spent a lot of time outside while we were there. when we got there the patio furniture was a bit broken informed her and she responded right away and tried to fixed the situation before we left but unfortunately weren't able to. They were still usable. The home was beautiful and beds were comfy kitchen had plenty of stuff really did feel like home! Great place great location would def come back again.

We would of loved to stay longer. Never had a chance to take the kayaks out or go through the garden. Never enough time.

Beautiful house very recommended

We had a great stay at Bill’s place for my birthday. My kids came and the dogs. We had a boat delivered to the house and went to a private beach only boats could get to. Took it for lunch. Fished off the dock out back. Having the in law suite was great as my 18 year old son felt like he had his own place. Pool was a warm 85. Delightful. We will be back. There were bikes and kayaks and paddle boards and games and a ping pong table. Plenty to do.

Beautiful house, very clean, very quiet neighborhood. We have everything we need to prep our dinners. We have an awesome vacation time in your house free of any stress. The Host response in minutes our question and thats a plus. We definetly stay here again.

So happy!!! Our family of 5 loved staying in this lovely spacious , perfectly clean and equipped house located in a quiet and safe area. We can only recommend to the Airbnb community to stay there. For our part , this stay at Juan Pablo's helped us have a great stopover during our vacation and exploring Florida .

The host was amazing always easy to get a hold of. They even called to check on me and my accommodations. Beautiful home and great neighborhood quite and relaxing . would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to feel welcomed.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It is very convenient to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and grocery shopping. We love the private pool area (very nice and clean). Very comfortable spot for a family vacation. We would definitely return again in the future.

The place was awesome. Beautiful home and being right on the canal was gorgeous. The heated pool was the perfect temperature, even though we hit a January cold snap. Carrie was very responsive in all communications. I would highly recommend! 5 stars!
