The property is tastefully furnished. Stefano was accurate in giving us all the necessary directions. The rooms are spacious and the living area allows you to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Silvia is a perfect host. Very friendly, accommodating and always helpful. Accommodation is perfectly as described and is ideally located. Small problem the parking is the parking. You have to be flexible and walk to the house from time to time. But this is definitely worth the apartment! We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at the Sgombro apartment was wonderful. The location was great—very close to the ocean, restaurants and shopping--just perfect for a few days on the Italian coast. The apartment was beautiful was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend the Sgombro apartment to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing time in Levanto.

The location of the accommodation is very central, everything is within walking distance. And walking right in the bathing suit to the bathroom in the sea is already a luxury. The rooms are rather dark, the feeling of being a little like being in a ship. Fabio communicates reliably and emphatically.

Eugenio and Claudia were the best hosts, even inviting us to an amazing traditional dinner! The apartment was incredibly clean, with a very comfortable bed and peaceful. Although we did not get the chance to use the pool, it looked beautiful. Definitely on our list to return for a longer stay.

the place is perfect for 6 people or less, the kitchen was functional and appliances too. everything is within walking distance, the train station, the beach and the city center so it's perfect for spending days in Levanto or outside.

Romina's place is in short.... a small and lovingly maintained gem. Since it was rather cool when we arrived, Romina had "preheated" the house and we felt welcome right away. Everything you need was available. The cozy living area, the beautiful bedroom, which guarantees a good sleep, we loved all this.

Ivana is the best host we have met. a very nice meeting. She and her family are so welcoming, available, attentive, full of good advice and Allan cooks very well! the apartment is perfect. peaceful place close to beautiful places to visit. Ivana knows how to advise. It's very rare to find a host who speaks 3 languages like her. I don't know when yet but we'll probably be back someday.

Wonderful place to escape to and relax

We were 4 adults and a toddler and had a great time at Giovanni’s house. They were well prepared for toddlers (highchair, bed, toys and bed guard rail). We had spacious room for all of us and could cook a lot. They offered pomegranate which was really tasty and when we triggered a power breakdown in the apartment we had very fast help from the family. From the house there is only a short walk to the train station, beach, restaurants, supermarket and forest. So leave your car at home and enjoy! Thanks for the great time
