Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Bohol

I would have given this place 4.5 stars if I could but I upped to a 5. Wonderful location and responsive host but the water pressure and temperature sucks. This probably will not matter to others. The shower water never really got warm enough for my taste. But it's a nice place.

Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

We very much enjoyed our convenient stay in the city when we arrived to the Philippines. The location was ideal for a late arrival to the airport. It was easy to find and a very safe and secure location. The condo had a great view and was well equipped with everything that we needed. We made a couple of requests and they were very quickly accommodated by the host who was extremely responsive and took care of everything we needed. It is a lovely condo. We have found that the drainage systems in the Philippines are not the greatest so there is a bit of a smell in the bathroom, but that was easily overlooked with the gracious host and the very clean accommodations.. I would recommend staying here for convenience to the airport. The amenities within the resort are very nice. The pools are lovely and the beach is beautiful. It does cost an extra fee to use the resort pools, but they are very beautiful, so would be worth it if you are planning to hang out for the day

Jose was warm, friendly, and very responsive. The ocean view from the house was absolutely stunning, and the trees along the shore were filled with birds, making it a beautiful natural setting. At night, it was incredibly, unbelievably quiet—I had the best sleep ever. Highly recommend!

The place is simply amazing, nice view from balcony. My stay was very peaceful. Best place in lapu lapu. About the host and co-host, they are very responsive, they made sure that i am not facing any issues during my stay and they were proactively following up with me if anything required before and during my stay.

I love the location and how kind ma'am Marichu is. This is was our second stay and we will definitely be staying here more often.

Good place. My family enjoyed staying there because of privacy but no security. It's far from convenient stores, restaurants, beach so you should need to have someone to contact if you want to go to some place. There are 2 dogs which we enjoyed the company, but they messed up our garbage outside. There were ants but manageable. Overall, good stay. Thanks, Jenny

I'm just soooo happy to have found a place for big groups! We had our wedding in Cebu, and finding a place where all our relatives could stay together, instead of booking multiple units, was a huge plus since we had more than 10 people. Ma'am Jen was so responsive, even sa laing platform. She made sure to reach out, from before the scheduled booking all the way to the day of check-in. Her assistant was also very accommodating. Although we didn’t get to stay at the house, we visited, and it really felt like home, even just from seeing it. It made us wish we had a house like that! And the kids had so much fun running around in the front yard because it's so spacious! Will definitely book again! ☺️☺️

We had an incredible stay at ALmira’s beautiful property in Bohol! The villa exceeded our expectations in every way - it was spacious, clean, and decorated. The private pool and outdoor seating area were perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Almira was an exceptional host, providing us with a warm welcome, helpful tips, and recommendations for exploring the island. Rowena and Peter were great hosts. Both went out of their way to accommodate us, and made us feel like home. The house is big, very clean with direct access to the sea, a beautiful reef and a stunning sunset. And not forgetting the happy tail waggers! 🐕 We also had a BBQ at his place. Peter helped to prepare the charcoal (as an extra service) and provided information on where to get good meat. We had it very easy and have nothing to complain about. A great end to our trip! Definitely would come back the next time!

Ms. Jove's place is very spacious as it was able to comfortably occuppy 22 pax of us. Using the bathroom is not a problem for a big group as the place has lots. Resting areas outside of the home is very relaxing. Ms. Jove is responsive to all queries. She is very helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. She welcomed us to the place personally and sent us off 4 am in the morning personally. She even helped us load our baggages. Appreciate it much! We really enjoyed staying at Ms. Jove's place. 11/10 would reccommend!

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

We enjoyed our stay at Connie’s place. Located in a safe neighborhood and close enough to local stores for food and necessities. Was what we were looking for. Connie was also very responsive when we needed her for a few minor issues

Love the location. 10 min walk to Ayala mall. On the bus route. Laundry and 7 Eleven on the ground floor. The apartments are small But nice size for a couple. Then our a/c bill wasn’t much (2000 peco a month) Pool was great Very responsive representative Quickly desk with any problems. We will return

My husband and I stayed at this extremely relaxing condo unit for almost 3 weeks and we can't say enough great things about this property! Glendale and her partner were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Also, we appreciated their quick responses (and assistance) each time we needed their help. The apartment itself was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the balcony had a great view, the kitchen had enough utensils for us to use, and the living room was stylish. They also prepared gallons of water for us upon arrival which we appreciated. The location was also convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We were also satisfied with the WIFI connection. It was extremely fast which was so important to us since we work from home. :)

I had an amazing stay at Patrick’s place! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

The Host is very accomodating through out our stay. Kahet medyo nagkaron ng aberya dahel sa water outage sa buong building, she still checked us from time to time. There are some things that needs improvement though. Sana soon magkaron ng iron for clothes, and hair dryer (blower), and invest sa magaganda plates para pag may occasion or events, mas presentable tingnan. Water dispenser if maidadag sa place para if may mga malalaking gallon ng water, ndi na itataob. Kitchen wares are decent, although ung kutsilyo medyo dull ndi sya matalas gamiten so medyo nahirapan kme sa part na un. In terms of connecting on Netflix medyo nahirapan kme mag login continously so we ended up using our own account login instead. Overall the experience was good! We will recommend this place to our friends and for sure we will stay again. Thank you for accomodating us. 😊❤️
