Inge was an excellent host and the unit was perfect for us. The unit was super clean and Inge provided tips for things to do and sights to see. The location is perfect - close to public transportation, markets, and an easy walk to Frankfurt city center. We hope to visit again!

Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

Frank was an amazing host and was very attentive to our needs. He provided water and coffee which was really nice. He took his time to walk us through the apartment and showed us how things worked. The apartment was extremely clean and peaceful. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is really first class. Very nice and lovingly furnished, very clean. Due to the location, it is very quiet and pleasant. The furnishings are excellent, nothing is missing. Even milk and fruit were provided. I highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

Perfectly located apartment with many stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I really like having the car parked in a garage rather than trying to find a place on the street. Despite being in a busy part of Kaiserslautern it was quite and peaceful at night.

We have already stayed for the second time, albeit this time only for 4 nights in the fantastic apartment, with plenty of space and tasteful furnishings. After a warm welcome, we were able to make ourselves comfortable. Our highlight is the great terrace overlooking the garden, unfortunately it was not the right weather to sit outside in January. The apartment is well equipped, there is plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans.... and even water, oil, spices, pasta, pesto, capsules for the Nespresso Vertura machine...... Everything is very clean and so we felt very comfortable again, it is almost like home thanks to our dear hosts Gabi and Roland. The transport connection is great, short distance to the train station and stress-free by train to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden...... A small tip from us is Pizzeria Fortuna, although only pick-up, but very tasty, cheap, freshly prepared pizzas and within 3 minutes walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described – clean, cozy and very well appointed. A special highlight was the hostess Tzina: She was incredibly nice, helpful and really fulfilled every wish. We felt very welcome and would come back anytime.

The stay at Markus' was very nice again. The place is very clean and cozy. I find the host very likeable and straightforward. Highly recommended.

I personally can't complain in the slightest. I was able to live well for my 3-week stay at the property. It was clean and well furnished. You quickly found your way around, especially since the hostess was easily accessible and quickly gave you information. I also liked the fact that parking a car did not cause any problems and that a washing machine was also available. So all in all, I can recommend the place with a clear conscience!

Wolfgang property was perfect for my month long stay. It had everything needed to stay for a while. in-unit laundry, full kitchen and clean bathroom. It was a great experience and recommend anyone staying in k'town to try Wolfgang's place.

Great apartment to spend a weekend with friends and explore Koblenz. Perfect location right at the train station (when the windows are closed, you don't hear anything), supermarkets are right around the corner and you are quickly in the city center or on the Rhine.

Really nice clean place as described, dominik and dina are very responsive, friendly and helpful, the area was really quiet and helps shutting down from daily stress. Will definitely visit again!

The apartment is really lovely, clean, fully equipped to the smallest details. More beautiful in person than in the photos. Communication with serap was excellent. We had a great time.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We stayed with seven people in Ms. Margaux's accommodation and all felt very comfortable. My request for seven people was very last minute. However, that was no problem, and she set everything up for us. With every demand, as well as recommendation, you could be reached at any time. We highly recommend the accommodation with Ms. Margaux and are looking forward to coming back again.

Blerand was super friendly and showed/explained everything to us. The place is as described and very clean in itself. Unfortunately, the walls are a bit thin, so you should keep to the quiet hours at night. Everything is great. We would spend a weekend here again :)

A really very nice apartment where you felt right at home at first! It smelled so nice and clean that you loved staying there! Everything was tip top clean! Plenty of towels were also provided and the kitchen fully equipped! If it were to get close again, I would always come back! Thank you Sven, also for the excursion tips! We visited two cafes on recommendation and it was really just fantastic!

The apartment is amazing and we had a great time there! We fully enjoyed the fireplace, the music in the house, and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need. It’s the kind of apartment that’s hard to leave — we’ll definitely come back. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and answered all the questions we had.
