Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bodden Town

We loved our stay at Michele’s condo at Sunset Cove! We are a family of 5 with kids ages 6, 8, and 10. They loved the pool just as much as the beach and loved that both were right there. Walkable to great restaurants. Comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time in the Caymans and CP3 was one of the highlights. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We could easily find everything we needed. David was very responsive leading up to the trip and gave some great local recommendations! Highly recommend this place for any trip to the Caymans!

Ariel’s place is fantastic! You’re steps away from a swim up bar and a protected cove for swimming in the ocean on a quiet, pristine stretch of beach. The condo itself was luxurious and very clean and Ariel was great and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful, peaceful vacation in paradise!

We had a unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend the place. At the Lazy Lizard Bar we met soooo many locals. It was very entertaining. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much Livia 🥰😘

We had a great time at Discovery point. The accommodations were great and the location was ideal. It was a great place to experience Cayman for the first time. We hope to be back again one day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Campbell’s place!! It was quiet and very nice, exactly like the photos. There was a kiddy pool for our 2 year old daughter and the beach was very private and not crowded. Campbell was very responsive when we had a problem and had a quick fix for us! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is incredible and home is clean and spacious. It was great to have a small private beach area and access to the swimming pool.

Wonderful place for family. The kids were able to roam freely in a safe and family friendly environment. Restaurant was a few steps away. Dock space for the boat feet away! Excelente location for disconnecting from traffic and the crowds. Felt at peace and well relaxed.

We had a lovely stay with Mitzi. She was very responsive and friendly to provide information regarding Cayman and the local west bay area. The location was very convenient for going to work in George Town, going to the local beaches and getting food from the supermarket. Her accommodation was also everything we needed and was a delight to stay in. Her dogs are very friendly and a welcome sight as we entered and exited the accommodation. I highly recommend a stay with Mitzi if in Cayman for a few days or few weeks - it is a great place and experience.

The location was great. Right between George Town and Seven Mile Beach. While the apartment wasn’t anything special, the location definitely made up for it. Great price point. Walkable, which we loved. Pretty private beach spot. Other guests staying in the apartments were friendly and helpful with information about the island. Millicent was amazing. Always available, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated Cline’s quick message response and willingness to call us a cab the morning of us leaving for the airport.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

There is so much I could say about our stay at Claude's beautiful residence. We absolutely loved our time and felt right at home. Claude went above and beyond and welcomed us with a home cooked dinner the day of our arrival. We can't thank him enough for his hospitality and how great he was to my family. The home has plenty of space for large groups and the pool was stocked with plenty of toys for our son. Also had snorkeling gear and chairs for the beaches. I would absolutely recommend staying with him and we will definitely be back again. The Cayman Islands are beautiful and an absolute must!

Five stars! This Airbnb was a great place to stay for a first trip to Grand Cayman. It was a cute place with much better cooking utensils and pots and pans than most. The location is also unmatched! Easy walking distance to a beautiful and pristine beach, public bus stop, and a nice grocery store that sells hot food for every meal. Tricia was responsive and helpful and I'd definitely stay here again!

My stay at Blue Bay Hospitality was great! I would recommend this place! Also Tricia was super friendly and made sure I had everything that I needed for my stay in Grand Cayman.

Nigel's property was an outstanding experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable & inviting. The beach & water behind the home were the perfect setting to relax at . While these items DID NOT hinder our experience at all, they would be helpful for future guests. 1. when using the lock /unlock feature on the front door, apply a slight amount of pressure to the door above the lock. 2. When using the back screen door, the lock sticks just slightly so you must pull the door slightly harder than you would anticipate. The interior of the home was pristine. The A/C was perfect, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the Lanai was everything 1 could hope for on a tropical vacation. There is even 2nd floor access from the bedrooms that allow for straight out of bed access Nigel was communicative, helpful and friendly from start to finish Final recommendation for this property, GET A RENTAL CAR. Rum Point is a distance away from most points of the island. 5***** stay Thank you Nigel!

Great house. Great location. Other reviewers are correct - you cannot just walk into the water from this beach and swim due to the rocks. We could snorkel by entering the water at the end of the dock. However, Rum Point beach down the road is an awesome swim-able beach and we went there almost every day. Chairs and umbrellas are free there. Kaibo had a really pretty restaurant that we went to twice. We drove all the way to 7 mile beach one day and actually preferred Rum Point. We also stopped at Spotts Beach and Smith Cove and still preferred Rum Point. The house was clean, plenty of beds and space for 11 of us (4 adults, 5 teens, and two kids age 5 and 2). The arcade games are a nice touch. The house feels very private due to the tall shrubbery. Neighboring houses are pretty close but it didn't bother us since we couldn't even see their yard. Had a great time and would definitely come back

Communications were great, plenty of parking with easy access to some restaurants and shopping at Camana Bay and other areas. Beach was nice and not crowded, unfortunately it is still recovering a little from the storms, but it was still accessible and relaxing. The house was very clean and had plenty of needed items for the stay. I would definitely recommend.

Our group of 6 adults had a great time at Gary's place! We loved the location on the North side as its much quieter than the Seven Mile Beach area. The pool, beach area, amenities were all great. We had one minor lock issue that Gary was quick to help get resolved. We had some complaints from the couples that stayed upstairs that it was fairly warm with the 76F thermostat limit, so if you're traveling from a cold climate like us, it may be worth paying the $150 fee at the beginning of the week for the 75F temp. One other thing to note, if using the grill and it's windy, it doesn't work very well. We changed some dinner plans because of this as it was breezy during our entire stay. Overall, we loved the house and would book again in the future.

This place had great location! Loved being walking distance to cemetery beach. We even walked to a great Italian restaurant. We rented a car and could get to other places very quickly and easily. The house was spacious, large bedrooms, clean. Quiet and friendly small townhome complex. Very kid friendly. It was so nice to have beach gear too - chairs, towels, snorkels, paddleboard. Denis was very responsive when we had questions.

The place actually was bigger and nicer than the photos. Amy was very responsive to any questions. The location was not bad. Large construction site right next door yet was not noisy or disruptive. Disappointed that the beach right outside the place was not really useable due to the rocks. The nicer beaches were a couple of miles away and easy to access via public busses. Public busses are great, only $2-3. Come frequently, flag them down anywhere and will let you off anywhere. In walking distance was Peppers Restaurant which was good and had live music. Kirk’s supermarket was also in walking distance.

Charmaine was very easy to get in touch with. She left a homemade rum cake on the counter to welcome us and made a special trip to drop off new beach chairs. Very well stocked kitchen, books, games, puzzles. It’s a lovely complex that has a community vibe. Ocean views, pools, pickle ball court and gym steps from our unit.

From the luxury linens and high end finishing and furnishings to the amazing view…wow! If you want to spoil yourself, this is a great place to do it. So many extras! Oils and vinegars, spices, cling wrap, Ziplocs and foil and generous supply of paper products. Lots of communication and recommendations from the host. The beach was too rough to swim while we were here but this was no big deal because Seven Mile Beach is only a few minutes drive away. The complex is very quiet and relaxing - we had often had the pool or beach all to ourselves. A wonderful place to spend a Caribbean Christmas with no snow!
