Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bodden Town

I’m not sure what was better, Michele, or her wonderful 1st floor condo!!! The listing was spot-on, and Michele couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. We used the beach and pool virtually every day and the on-site bar/food, and local restaurants were great. Walking around the area at night was easy, practical, and safe. Also, we LOVED the X-mas tree and decorations. The condo felt like home, although it was a tad more peaceful and quiet than my own house. Ah, Grand Cayman, love ya! Would 100% stay here again.

David's place was very comfortable for our family of 4 (two adults and two teens). You can see the ocean from inside which was special. The pool area is lovely and there is a beach although you can't access the ocean from the beach since it's so rocky. There are great restaurants near by. We recommend Ms Piper's which is only a few minutes walk away. David was friendly and easy to deal with. There are people onsite at the complex who are very helpful too. We had a lovely stay.

The condo was just as depicted. It was clean and comfortable. We wanted something within walking distance for groceries, with readily taxi accommodations. We did not want to rent a car, and drive on the left side of the road! It was lovely. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend the place. At the Lazy Lizard Bar we met soooo many locals. It was very entertaining. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much Livia 🥰😘

We had a great time at Discovery point. The accommodations were great and the location was ideal. It was a great place to experience Cayman for the first time. We hope to be back again one day.

I cannot say enough great things about this property! From the moment we arrived, it exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect – just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views. It truly felt like paradise. The home itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts we could ask for. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the spacious living areas gave us plenty of room to relax. The outdoor space was a highlight – we loved sitting on the patio, enjoying the tropical breeze. Our host was fantastic and incredibly responsive. He provided detailed instructions for check-in, local recommendations, and his attention to detail really made our stay special. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway in Grand Cayman, this is the place to book.

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is incredible and home is clean and spacious. It was great to have a small private beach area and access to the swimming pool.

Wonderful place for family. The kids were able to roam freely in a safe and family friendly environment. Restaurant was a few steps away. Dock space for the boat feet away! Excelente location for disconnecting from traffic and the crowds. Felt at peace and well relaxed.

Everything was as expected. The place is cozy and has everything you need—lots of ice in the freezer. Mitzi was always available and gave great information about the surroundings. There is an underrated National Park very close that you can not miss. Suppose I come back another time. I will definitely stay in this same place again.

The location was great. Right between George Town and Seven Mile Beach. While the apartment wasn’t anything special, the location definitely made up for it. Great price point. Walkable, which we loved. Pretty private beach spot. Other guests staying in the apartments were friendly and helpful with information about the island. Millicent was amazing. Always available, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated Cline’s quick message response and willingness to call us a cab the morning of us leaving for the airport.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Five stars! This Airbnb was a great place to stay for a first trip to Grand Cayman. It was a cute place with much better cooking utensils and pots and pans than most. The location is also unmatched! Easy walking distance to a beautiful and pristine beach, public bus stop, and a nice grocery store that sells hot food for every meal. Tricia was responsive and helpful and I'd definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay here when visiting the Cayman Islands. The value was unmatched, the unit was clean, and the location was excellently situated right be the beach. The hosts kindly provided recommendations and kept in touch throughout the duration of the stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nigel's property was an outstanding experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable & inviting. The beach & water behind the home were the perfect setting to relax at . While these items DID NOT hinder our experience at all, they would be helpful for future guests. 1. when using the lock /unlock feature on the front door, apply a slight amount of pressure to the door above the lock. 2. When using the back screen door, the lock sticks just slightly so you must pull the door slightly harder than you would anticipate. The interior of the home was pristine. The A/C was perfect, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the Lanai was everything 1 could hope for on a tropical vacation. There is even 2nd floor access from the bedrooms that allow for straight out of bed access Nigel was communicative, helpful and friendly from start to finish Final recommendation for this property, GET A RENTAL CAR. Rum Point is a distance away from most points of the island. 5***** stay Thank you Nigel!

We had a large family vacation with my siblings, their families (including 1 infant), and our parents. There were 11 of us (including the baby) and the house was perfect for our size. Everyone felt comfortable in their own rooms, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fantastic, as were the other living spaces. However, as evidenced from the photos, the real highlight is the amazing "backyard", including the pool (which was great for our sized group. It is not large, but it is deep), and of course the beach, dock and ocean right out from the back. Definitely recommend this house.

Communications were great, plenty of parking with easy access to some restaurants and shopping at Camana Bay and other areas. Beach was nice and not crowded, unfortunately it is still recovering a little from the storms, but it was still accessible and relaxing. The house was very clean and had plenty of needed items for the stay. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Place had everything we needed for our two families with little kids. Plenty of snorkel gear and kids toys. Place is better than the photos. There are three bathrooms upstairs with two en-suite baths in each queen bed room. Ran into one issue with the refrigerator but Gary was responsive and got the issue fixed. Would definitely stay here again!

This place had great location! Loved being walking distance to cemetery beach. We even walked to a great Italian restaurant. We rented a car and could get to other places very quickly and easily. The house was spacious, large bedrooms, clean. Quiet and friendly small townhome complex. Very kid friendly. It was so nice to have beach gear too - chairs, towels, snorkels, paddleboard. Denis was very responsive when we had questions.

Amy was incredibly responsive and always available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. She made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The condo itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a very comfortable atmosphere. Plus, the location was perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to do and explore, making it an ideal place to stay.

Charmaine has been reponsive and assistive from the onset of my enquiries. Very comfortable and clean space. Fully stocked apartment. Appliances and cutlery all in new and great condition. Great location, a few minutes from the Spotts Public Beach, supermarket and plaza. We also got the opportunity to view the Christmas light display right from out front door.

From the luxury linens and high end finishing and furnishings to the amazing view…wow! If you want to spoil yourself, this is a great place to do it. So many extras! Oils and vinegars, spices, cling wrap, Ziplocs and foil and generous supply of paper products. Lots of communication and recommendations from the host. The beach was too rough to swim while we were here but this was no big deal because Seven Mile Beach is only a few minutes drive away. The complex is very quiet and relaxing - we had often had the pool or beach all to ourselves. A wonderful place to spend a Caribbean Christmas with no snow!
