Bungalow vacation rentals in Bocas del Toro Province

Heather and Laurie are great as many others have said. It was so nice to be picked up and dropped off and we appreciated the stop at the supermarket to stock up. We loved the jungle location and the beautiful sea view. We rented a scooter and took their recommendations to visit starfish beach (we did see starfish!) and Bluff beach (long stretches of pristine sand with amazing waves). And it was only about 8 minutes from town on the scooter (or in a taxi) if you want more hustle and bustle. Highly recommended.

a real paradise. you are not left to yourself, there is an employee ready who is always there for you. the service was exemplary. quick response and private tours at very affordable prices. for example, half a day fishing for $75. and , yes, we took fish! there are restaurants 15 minutes away and they take you back to the house by boat. it's really beautiful like the photos. thank you to the hosts for the excellent service!

Magical Beautiful beach front property with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The house itself is very fresh specially at night. The view is fantastic and the beach is so nice, just a few steps away. Well equipped kitchen. Just be aware of chitras. You cannot escape but you can come prepared. Nothing is too much. You are so close to Isla colon that it is not a big deal to take a boat anytime. If you looking for privacy this is the place for you 🤙

We really enjoyed our stay at Janice's place. It's just as beautiful and peaceful as the pictures suggest. The caretakers, Morgan and Matt, were extremely responsive to questions and fixed a water issue asap. The screen doors worked perfectly to keep out bugs, and the kitchen was well equipped. Know that there isn't much in the immediate vicinity, and you should budget around $20 a day per person for boat rides, depending on your activity level. Bastimentos island is gorgeous, and a hike to Wizard beach from Old Bank is totally worth it. Other tip, take a shorter boat ride to the Red Frog Beach resort pier on the east side of the island, then walk through to Red Frog Beach, and then hike to Polo Beach, a truly beautiful getaway beach. Always be sure to have a return boat ride ready before sunset, as after sunset no one has lights or is willing to risk water crossings in the dark. Easy to do, all the boat taxis you take will gladly arrange the return trip.

Ok wow this place was absolutely amazing! It was my dream to stay at an over the water bungalow and this exceeded all my expectations. Your own little paradise on a tropical island. Jump right off the front porch to swim in a great reef. Stunning views of the lagoon and mountains and sunsets. Michelle is a wonderful person and I am blessed to meet her. She helped me out with everything, gave great advice, and I met more amazing people at De La Luna and through her. This bungalow is ideal if you are staying long by being a digital nomad. You get a great peaceful place to sleep and work at. Then if you want to go to town and party you take the water taxi in right from the front porch. Bocas town is a blast so stay there for a bit then come right back to paradise. Also two restaurants and a store right in kayaking distance. I did the chocolate tour, scuba, atving, caving, surfing, partying, etc. during my stay here. My time in Bocas Del Toro was inevitably going to be great, but stayi

We had a great vacation here! Everything was so nice and it was in my opinion the best and nicest place to rent on the island! It was very comfortable and the AC worked great! Beautiful place and we will be back!! Thank you to Tahiri for being so nice and easy to communicate with, she always responded promptly to my questions and thank you to Cecilia! She was awesome and was there to help us with keys and questions if we needed! Old bank is a special island and amazing place!

We left the Casita Margaritha with a heavy heart... It was just too nice there! For us, it was an incredible experience at Isa & Flo's idyllic oasis, which is designed for me so much love for detail. Everything was just right: the casita is not only beautiful, but also equipped with everything, even with sharp knives,, the dogs are adorable, the terrace to relax, the excursions are top organized, the beds are comfortable, the kayak tours to the mangroves an experience and of course the hospitality of Isa & Flo indescribable! The two always helped us immediately with any concerns, even with a care that delighted us! Thank you for everything and we hope to see you again of course! And yes: the dolphins in the bay and the sloths in the mangroves really exist! ;)

We were 3 adults and we were all so excited with the house. So warm and beautiful with a very friendly host!clean and very lovely. It was a bit far from the town (25min walk) so we had the privacy we needed.Totally recommend it for an affordable option on such a fancy place!!

This was our second stay at Bocas Garden Lodge. We loved it so much the first time we knew we wanted to stay again for this trip. The place is the most comfortable and beautiful place we have stayed on Isla Colon. It is walking distance to some great restaurants, and we enjoyed riding the scooter up the beach that we rented from Daniela for other beachside restaurants and exploring the area. Daniela is a lovely host and their place is well worth the price. We would absolutely love to stay here again and lounge on the cozy outdoor patio.
