Local well located, near the city center. The place is clean and the swimming pool has a very good temperature! The host leaves us at will and every time they are triggered, they take care of us on standby. We highly recommend the location!

Very good house, very clean, wonderful pool, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms with ceiling fans. Marlon very kind, met us quickly, when asked.. We loved the house and São Pedro and beautiful, I loved the city.

Great space, very nice backyard and very nice pool. the town is small so everything is very close. should be considered the installation of air-conditioning or ceiling fan.

We love the house, it is very well located in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for enjoying the pool, the outdoor area and enjoying the quiet city of Águas de São Pedro.

The stay was great, the house neat, it's old but well cared for! As a suggestion, improve the kitchen utensils, the pans are old and an air fryer could not use because it released all the black part of the wall.. of the rest, everything ok!

Place exactly the same as the listing. The house is beautiful, comfortable and cozy, for those looking for tranquility the place is perfect. My suggestion is only to put sun chairs next to the pool. But everything was perfect and we will definitely be back.

The place is amazing, and was catered perefectly. Elisabete even allowed us to pick up tge keys earlier as we had to travel in the morning. The house is charming and located very central woyh great bars and restaurants around it. 100% recommend.

We went on a business trip, there is no way to talk about leisure in the location, for lack of time. But the whole stay was very enjoyable. The house has everything that is needed for a short-term stay.

Impeccable cleaning, well-maintained house, place very well cared for and the food of Mrs. Rosa is very good staff !! (My son who says it..) For those looking for a place to air their minds, recharge and enjoy good prose, go with their eyes closed.
