The best part about this place is the location which is right on Malecon facing the sea. The apartment has everything you need - comfortable bed, ac if needed, full kitchen, a safe box, hot water in shower and purified drinking water. The balcony is huge and the apartment is spacious. The neighborhood and the building is very safe. The building has a rooftop terrace with great views. Check in was easy and flexible. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Cecil is a kind, communicative, and attentive host. My best friend and I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful and comfortable home. We each had an ensuite bedroom. It was relaxing to lie in the hammock on the deck and take in the lush greenery. There’s a hot/cold water dispenser with plenty of water available. The heated rooftop pool was the perfect temperature. The pool runs the length of the roof and offers an amazing view of the surrounding jungle. My friend enjoyed sunbathing on a lounge chair. There’s also a small gym with a multi-functional machine and a yoga ball. For those flying into PVR, we were quoted $119 for a taxi to Sayulita but chose the bus for just a few dollars USD. After leaving the airport, we turned left, crossed the pedestrian bridge to the bus stop. A bus to Sayulita arrived quickly. Have your pesos ready before getting on. Just a heads up: the streets in Sayulita are cobblestone, so rolling luggage isn’t a good idea. We hope to visit again soon!

Highly recommend Casa Botanica! So special and inviting. It’s very well designed providing an old Mexico feel, nestled in a perfect location in the heart of the art district. Close to everything and very safe. The host is extremely responsive and very helpful giving proactive tips for arrival and departure. This was my first solo international trip and it definitely will not be my last. Thank you Casa Botanica! I will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at Rodrigo’s place a the Maritima. The condo community is amazing very high end. The Condo had a few minor issues but Rodrigo and team were responsive and took care of them in a timely manner. The Kitchen is functional with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil provided. It would have been helpful to have a bowl set for salad’s and serving, measuring cup and storage containers for left overs. It was nice to have the treated water for drinking and bottle water and ice is available from the concierge at a minimal cost. Loved the many palms, palapas and loungers on the beautiful walkable beach. The roof top hot pool for sunsets was amazing. The place could use a paint job. A table or side tables for the balcony would be nice to hold your beverages and food while enjoining the amazing mountain, ocean and night light views. The cool breezes at night are great when you open both doors. AC was adequate when needed. It was a great space for 3 couples we loved our time there

Beautiful condo and building. Staff are great. Rooftop pool and patio were spectacular. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Very quiet building but 7 min Uber to town for the action. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Fantastic home. Amazing way to experience Puerto Vallarta and feel like part of the neighborhood. Robin did a great job decorating with unique and local art. Very comfortable, clean, and with a great view to boot! Oh and fast Wifi! My girlfriend and I were able to work remotely with no problems.

As described! Juliana was very helpful and available on site for anything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and margarita bar was a nice touch.
