Amazing location , everything you need is closed to the location

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

This place was in a quiet location and very safe. Walkable to a few restaurants and the MiniMarket. It would be nice to have a list of tour guides in addition to the restaurant guide that is already provided. We had stayed in a previous Airbnb that had a water filter already in the apartment - this would be a great addition to Anthony’s place. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Juan Dolio

This place is a true gem. We traveled all over the DR (Samana, Terrenas, Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Miches, Saona, Cayo Levantado) and this was by far the best and coziest spot we stayed at. Located in a beautiful and safe area, this apartment boasts a private beach and restaurants, beautiful pool and friendly staff. Guest me when I say, this building is the newest and absolute nicest in the area… and that is saying a lot since there are other nice areas to stay as well. Pull the trigger and stay here… you will thank me later.

My stay had a great time. The place is just as described and shown in the pictures. It's very clean, beautiful, safe and quiet . Raj is very attentive and helpful with his guests. I definitely recommend it and will definitely stay.

I went with my family, it's the 2 time I go and indisputably the place is cozy, clean and very organized. The host is very diligent.

It's my fifth time in Catalonia but the first time in this apartment and it was the best of all, I recommend it 100%. Super comfortable, clean and has everything you need to be comfortable.

What a fabulous stay in the Juan Dolio area! Rosa's condo was gorgeous and had stupendous views of the water, the beach and amazing sunsets! The place itself was spotless, modern, and so comfortable. The pool was out of service while we were there, but the beach was a few minutes away, easily accessible across the street.

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

Great place. Had a couple of small issues due to a broken water pipe, but Adrian was always responsive and helpful. Close to the beach and lovely restaurants!

Maria was an awesome host. Responded quickly to everything that we needed. It was a pleasure to stay at her apartment.

Carlenis was a great host throughout our stay! She was very responsive and communicative during the entire trip. The property was very quiet and made it feel safe since it was gated. Each room was as described in the listing and the photos as well. The beach was about a 10-15min walk from the property as well. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Beautiful Villa. Very spacious, comfortable, well equipped. The best was the jacuzzi with hot water looking at the beach. Scarlet, Yarisa and Armando always pending for anything that we needed.

This place was beautiful . Amazing, amazing view. Very well stocked. As a solo woman, I felt it was pretty safe- I should have explored more - there were alot of awesome restaurants that I didn't check out. Bring snorkeling gear- the beach is AMAZING and 1 block away. I thought it was a great place and ended up extending again.

Mariana's place it's absolutely beautiful, photos doesn't do justice , once you're there you find yourself in a exquisite , fully equipped beach front paradise. The views are amazing. The apartment it's huge , we were a group of eight , including my uncle on a wheelchair and never felt crowded. On the other hand Mariana was excellent always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She always on her phone and responded very quick . We had the best time at her place. The building's staff are great very friendly. If you stay at Mariana's place I promise you you'll have the best experience in this tropical heaven.

The place was absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained installations. The staff were kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, the room was missing a microwave, which would have been a convenient addition. Junior’s responsiveness was a bit slow at times, and our questions weren’t always addressed promptly, nonetheless, he was extremely apologetic about it and nice. Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as they couldn’t find our reservation when we arrived at 7:00 PM, which caused some delays. That said, despite these minor inconveniences, our stay was amazing, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Daniel’s place was just like described, beautiful view in front of the beach, nice pool and jacuzzi. It was easy to access and the host is very attentive and responsive. Ac worked properly. I would definitely book this place again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Marbella Towers in Juan Dolio, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the breathtaking ocean views and welcoming atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, with stunning sunrises and sunsets, two expansive pools and a fabulous beach. The Unit was well appointed and the amenities offered all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. The Security staff and personnel were always professional, friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay. Gabriela was an amazing host and ensured our stay was perfect. Communication with her was excellent. Thank you Gabriela for your attentiveness. We will be returning again in the near future.
