Vacation rentals with a patio in Boat of Garten

We travel often and use Airbnb frequently and this place is by far the best we have ever enjoyed! Every single thing one might want is 5 star worthy! The apartment is spacious, clean, warm and lovely. The location is on the third floor on the waterfront, which is absolutely beautiful. The host is truly the most welcoming and helpful we have ever experienced. Perfect!!

Fabulous place to stay - very comfortable with everything you need (especially in the kitchen). Toasty and warm for a cool autumn weekend. Big spacious bedrooms and fantastic shower. We’d love to go back - Ballater is such a lovely place. Thank you Josephine and Stephen!

The property was exactly as described. It was lovely and clean , warm and had such a comfortable bed . Just a couple of minutes walk down stairs up the town so handy for shops , cafes restaurants etc and the opposite direction for walking along the riverside . Would absolutely stay again .

We stayed whilst visiting family and the flat was perfect. It was cosy in the cold weather, clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and local cafes. Would recommend.

Our stay at Salisbury House went beyond our expectations. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The views from the home were fantastic and proximity to restaurants and hiking trails very accessible. We felt at home and will definitely return! Thanks for such lovely accommodations.

Lucy’s place was incredible! Walkable to downtown with plenty to do, including great restaurants, shopping, and live music! The space itself was beautiful, with thoughtful and artistic touches everywhere you look! Would definitely stay again!

The lodge is a lovely cosy place surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Brian was always very responsive, and very helpfully provided us with various bits and bobs for looking after our young kids (baby bath, high chair, cot, etc).

Skye's place is perfect: very clean with small touches (fresh water, beauty products, breakfast, guestbook). Free parking is in front of the property. The city centre is a 10-minute walk away. Skye is responsive and available! I would 100% recommend! Vive Skye, Vive Inverness!

This place is fantastic. The house is mega, and can’t beat the location. Jack and Guadalupe were top notch hosts. Will hope to have this place again next time we’re in the highlands.

We stayed at Joans house for Christmas. We have been to Aviemore many times for Christmas and Joans place was not only one of the best for comfort, but also so competitively priced. The kitchen is a nice size and had everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. The fire in the front room was used everyday and it was such a cost front room. Joan also put a lovely tree up for the christmas period. Its a lovely short stroll into Aviemore (about 10 minutes) for dinner or a drink at the Cairngorm hotel which we absolutely love. I recommend the hand reared Haggis. I would 100% recommend Joans place and we will definitely return.

What a relief to turn in to a place like Craig's after a long day of travel. The house was immaculate, it was lovely and warm and best of all there were yorkshire teabags and a bottle of milk waiting for us. I would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic house for a short stay in Inverness. The house is very clean and has everything we needed. It is situated in front of a charming river, and very close to the city centre. Andrew has also suggested some good places to eat! To our surprise, the food at the next-door restaurant “The Waterfront” was amazingly good. We enjoyed very much in staying at Andrew’s house and will definitely visit again for future trip. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the stay. Ruth sent clear instructions and provided a general idea of the surroundings and the area. We really liked the location.

Stewart and Xia have maintained the place really well. Loved the property and had a lot of peaceful fun. The back yard had a wonderful scenic view with the LochNess canal running water. There are couple of benches where you can enjoy hot cup of coffee while the cold breeze compliments it with contrast. Will definitely book again if I visit the Highlands.

Excellent place to stay, everything you required was there, nice, cosy, warm and we felt right at home. Excellent comunication with Annie, she could not have been more helpfull. Always willing to go above and beyond to make the stay a wonderfull experience. Would totally recomend the accomodation.

It is really convenient to able to charge the EV overnight & get on your next day visit in the surrounding area. We love the mountains view & we have enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little place, was clean and cosy. Plenty of things to do in the area all within walking distance and perfect for 4 legged friends. Will definitely be staying again 🩵

Margys flat was a lovely surprise to walk into. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. We felt very welcomed and felt right at home. I highly recommend Margys abode.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!
