Vacation rentals with a kayak in Blount County

We came down to jet ski on the Tennessee River. It was the perfect place and location. Very spacious accommodations for our group. Jes was very responsive to our concerns and was a great host. Beautiful view of the river! The host provided everything we needed!

No complaints at all. Exactly as described and very friendly. I would definitely recommend and would give them a call again in the future if I'm in the area.

The place was very nice and was even decorated for Christmas, which was a nice surprise! There were beautiful views on the mountains and sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked and surpassed expectations. I was in town to attend the Bronco Off Roadeo in Maryville and Claire’s place was a convenient 15 minute drive to that.

We rented this home for my son’s wedding. It served multiple purposes. We used it for the rehearsal dinner. Then the bridesmaids and groomsmen had a place to stay together the night before the wedding with plenty of comfortable beds and separate spaces. We then had the most perfect ceremony on the dock complete with two swans floating by as it started. Then the beautiful parking area served as our reception. We could not be more pleased with how it turned out. Terry and his wife were so helpful every step of the way. We are forever grateful and absolutely could not be more pleased. 10/10 recommend! This house was perfect for our family stay in Knoxville. Suzanne, the host, was extremely helpful, had great information typed out to enhance our time in the house and surrounding area and was very responsive to any questions I had throughout our stay. The house is large with wonderful space for everyone. There were the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family and the beds very comfy. The kitchen is a dream in which to prepare meals. The couches in the family room off the kitchen are large so my family could easily gather to watch lots of football on tv together. The location is nearby great restaurants and shopping, which is a huge plus. I will definitely book a stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, updated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sandi was incredibly polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was exactly what we were looking for - private, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway but still easy to get to Knoxville. We highly recommend this spot and would love to stay again!

This place is simply spectacular! I couldn't imagine finding a more charming home to stay at while visiting the Smoky Mnts. The ever-changing view of the sun rising over the mountain range each morning held us in total awe and gave us every excuse to refill our coffee cups and delay whatever plans we had for the day just a few minutes more. This cozy cabin had enough room for our party of five to properly relax and enjoy our time together with sufficient privacy when it was time to shuffle off to a quiet room for bed. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve a large meal when we weren't in Maryville or Knoxville for dinner. Outdoor amenities like the firepit, front porch, and the hammock swing chairs below each provided somewhere new to lounge and take in all of the beauty of the nature that we were surrounded by. Amanda & Bo were the most accommodating and gracious hosts, easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We will be planning our return trip hopefully soon!

Beautiful cabin! We had our wedding by the fire pit and it was beautiful. Mindy was absolutely amazing! She responded quickly and helped me out with all my questions! The game room was fabulous and kept our teenagers busy while preparing for the wedding. I would highly recommend the Treetop Treasure and would definitely return.

The house and location were fantastic! It was a wonderful spot for a peaceful trip on the lake. Shawn was also very helpful and responsive when we were there as well when any questions popped up! I would highly recommend this for all! The boats for use were awesome as well!
